My fiance and I just moved in to together and we each donated our old bedroom furniture. We wanted to start fresh so we purchased the Baldwin Collection eastern king bed, 2 nightstands, and a dresser. Everything is super high quality and we really love the sandblasted teak and clean lines. We're planning on purchasing some more Brownstone furniture to help fill our new space very soon.

I'd been wanting to get one of Brownstone's canopy beds for awhile, and finally got one. I'm so glad I did and love with my new bed!! It's perfect for our master and naturally fits in with our other furniture. I had an easy experience from ordering to delivery.

Purchased a Palmer Driftwood King Upholstered Bed, a Dresser, and two nightstand set from Perigold. My wife thought it was time to ditch the furniture we had both had since we got married. Everything arrived quickly and in great shape. Furniture is very solid and well built. Adds a nice touch of class to update our bedroom. Next we will be doing our living/dining area, then we will probably also use Brownstone for our guest room.

I purchased 2 German silver cabinets. One arrived riddled with mildew. Both had doors that were misaligned. There were multiple scratches on both pieces. The quality of the furniture is horrible although the price doesn't reflect that. Paying top dollar for pieces of junk from India is hard to stomach. I have returned both pieces and will not buy anything from Brownstone in the future.

Brownstone Furniture is the worst manufacturer ever! I purchased a $3,000 table manufactured by them from ATG Stores (a Lowes online store) The table was shipped in pieces and poorly packed. One of the 6 leaves to the table was damaged. I sent a picture of the damage as requested only to be told that they would not replace it. They would replace it if I paid $150 plus shipping). I asked about a return and was told that I could, but I would have to disassemble the table, pack it up in the gazillion boxes and wait for someone to come and pick it up. So much for ordering furniture online. From now on I will just go to a brick and mortar store and let real customer service occur. I told the ATG representative (Brian) that this was totally unacceptable and that for $3,000 they should replace the part. Needless to say, I will never make a purchase from ATG again and I have nothing good to say about Brownstone Furniture. However, I must say that Brian from ATG was as helpful as he could be. The manufacturer was not. Update: Brian, was able to get them to replace the part! It is a shame that you have t get upset in order for manufacturers to do what they should do in the name of customer service.
