I appreciate the people that hand dry your car after the wash. I wish the trash cans were not as full out in the vacuuming area. Something ended up getting stuck on my car that seemed like the dried soap and it scratched my car when I had the pull it off.

I got to the car wash 10minutes before closing so when i was approached by the female staff to inform me “no more vacuum” i politely said ok. The staff went 15 feet in front of me holding a long carwash brush,and started to look at me, saying and motioning but was too far. I did not know what to do, so she was shouting at me “sir…” and started gesturing with her hands and saying things i could not hear, adding the noise of the car wash and customers vacuuming. She started to get irritated and was shouting while gesturing “to the left, to the right”… i could not understand. I could feel there was resistance to my tires while driving slowly… however i could not understand her. She finally went close to the driver window, in a condescending tone, was telling me instructions in a rude manner.. even saying things like “watch my hand, not my face” and shaking her head and rolling her eyes. I just calmed myself, and she knocks on the window, “sir, you need to READ the (instruction posted on the side wall) This was the most disrespectful treatment i ever had, and for a car wash coupon? I had another one to use today for my other car, I didn’t bother coming back. I will go back to washing my car at home, it was a brutal way to end a long day from work.

It was quick. The service advisor was helpful. The pink and purple foam did not totally wash off with the rinse. I had to use water from my water bottle at the vacuum section. I told the man that asked me to leave after 5 minutes but I think he did not understand my complaint.

Did not clean car that much paid 10 and there were people there scubbing too yet the whole back side wasn't clean. And tires too.
