Beware of the old lady teller ana. She stalls the process a lot and had me go in loops almost to deceive me. No way to complain to chase so they're going to have to see it here. I've dealt with her twice now obviously stalling the process of just getting a cashier's check. And she tricked me to sign a withdrawal slip which she tossed aside out of view and I have no idea what she did with that.

The bank in general is good, other facilities are better, this one in specific has the worst costumer service, I had been there 3 times in my life and all 3 were terrible, the workers are not helpful at all, I'm like other facilities I've visit, and whenever I try calling to this one nobody ever picks up, not even in America's are this bad

Have an appoint for 13.30 on Saturday with a banker, nobody was in front to help me get in touch with the banker; and the banker wasn't even in the building anymore. Maybe he left and forgot he had an appointment? Who knows.This is the second time I come this branch. The first one was so bad that my account got flagged for fraud.Stay away from this branch.

Excellent service. I came in very frustrated and upset after a different branch told me I had to call in to get my problem solved and then when I called in, they said I had to go to an actual bank. So I go up to the teller here and explain my problem. He didn't seem to know how to help and I was all ready to be dismissed and I needed to call in, but instead he asked someone else who told me a banker had to deal with it. Giao worked with me for nearly two hours trying to get my account figured out and was perfectly professional and very friendly. It ended up not being a solvable thing but Giao gave it his all, worked with the branch manager and helped me find a decent solution. Thank you Giao, thank you Brij and thank you to the teller I spoke to initially who I forgot to get the name of. 11/10, would recommend.

Do NOT get a business account with Chase. I’ve had to turn in my FBN and social TWICE on time and they still restricted my account due to some issue with my beneficiary. I was given no written notice. I found out when I try to deposit/withdraw from the account. Terrible corporation. Take your business elsewhere.

I used my cellphone to get funds from the check account for the first time successfully while on the phone with customer service. I appreciate the high level of professionalism and most of all patients being not familiar with the process.

The worst customer service ever!! Have been back and forth to branches to deal with my moms trusts. Most branches don't have notaries and they don't respect your time. I have been sitting at the branch for 45 minutes while the so called banker enters information on the computer. I am starting to wonder if they will ever get done. Layers of paperwork and lack of staffing and training of staff is horrifying.
