I set up an appointment for my husband to have some documents notarized. The person who was going to do the notarization was busy with another customer and did not even acknowledge his presence. Why has this branch office one one teller at our appointed time for notarization? This is not the way to run a business and I should know as a Chase small business account holder.

Chase Bank's on-line portal to help with mortgage questions is close to worthless. Very disappointing customer experience. ;o(

After contemplating for a good while, i finally decided to try banking with Chase. I was told by a friend that Chase bank was terrible because they dont care but i like to judge based off of my own experience. Im not good with banking online so i went in person to get more help opening an account and to explore available options, only to be told to go back online. Now i understand how my friend felt about Chase. Went to this bank today to open a new account and deposit a check.. Person helping me asked if i had an appointment, i said no and asked if they did walk ins. He said that they did take walk-ins but they were booked for the day (it was 1 hour before closing and the place was half empty) and that i wouldnt be able to deposit the check anyway because my account would be too new and that i can just open an account online. Ive been to other banks before and they usually ask alot of questions to try to be helpful and were welcoming. At Chase it felt like i was wasting their time and they were trying to get rid of me. Honestly, it felt like a "We have more than enough people at the moment, we dont need you" type of experience. I think ill just try another bank.

This is the worst bank . The costumer service is trash . I called today to have better assistance with my credit and debit card and this person answered very rudely ,She just gave me a phone number to call which no one answered only the operator . I regret Open an account with this bank . I will be switching to Wells Fargo soon. 6/2/23

This bank is ALWAYS "temporarily closed".. and when it is it's closed for over a week every time. It's obvious that their employees are playing the fake Covid card... it's been 3 years of Covid...

Went there today at 11:00 pm. One teller working and a line of 8 people. 3 people hovering in the back ground but totally ignored the line. Finally one lady from behind the counter came to help. The young man( Orlando) after helping another customer just stood behind the counter for 5 minutes. He kept on talking to the young girl next to him and I could hear him say "Gosh" and putting his head down on the counter. The young girl came out and I asked her if the young man is going to help as we all were waiting for over 20 mins and she rudely said " He is finishing something", which was a complete lie as he was doing nothing behind the counter. I guess the manager was not there as I only saw 1 banker helping a customer, so everyone was slacking off. Learn from Wells Fargo, they immediately open another window if they even see 2 people waiting. Mr. Manager, you can check the recording starting at 10:45 pm if you don't believe me. Just saw their Yelp reviews, I guess lot of people are saying the same thing but the Manager or the Head office do not care!
