I had a very pleasant experience the last time I went, I believe his name is Billy the manager there, who introduced me to this new money saving program that Chevron has... He convinced me when he told me that with the first three times you pump gas after signing up you save a dollar per gallon and earn points towards savings on gas from there on per gallon you pump... and in these times who doesn't need that.

I can not believe how rude their employees are... I have never been to ANY other business gas station or not with such horrible customer service.... The old Asian man needs to retire I don't even stop if I see his van because I try to always respect my elders but he pushes my patiences everytime I stop there... Sadly he works the most ... I know that station losses so much money because who wants to argue with someone just to get your correct change or what ever snack you want... I get it's a bad part of town and they maybe have some rough customers but this guy looks for the confrontation... Chevron needs to send some secret shoppers over there bet they lossing . money left and right .... Considering we have to breath in the air from their refineries they could at least be nice to people

This station has consistent issues with their credit card machines. It won't take apple or Google pay at the pump, and today it wouldn't take a physical card either. Cashier was busy, so I left. Need to fix their payment systems.

Have to pay at pay station and the clerk was rude. Gas is overpriced compared to nearby stations.

Half of the pumps are out of service and mobile doesn't work on the pumps which are working.

It’s 2:30am Oct.28, 2022 I stopped by this gas station on my way home to buy a soda I had a $20, and the black guy with dreads told me he had no change which is a lie.. And he was sleeping on the job. I had to knock on window to wake him up.

It's clean, the air and water station is free, there's bathrooms but the gas is the most expensive in the area.

This Chevron gas station is the closest gas station to the actual point richmond refinery where the gas is actually made… yet it is the highest price per gallon consistently… as Chevron makes RECORD PROFITS by passing on HIGHER and HIGHER gas prices to consumers….. these station is just another opportunity to squeeze all they can from Americans.All in all Chevron as a company continues to prove it is nothing but a multinational (Not American) profit by exploitation based weak minded lead corporation that serves as mainly poison to our community and country.Can’t wait to transition to a fully clean and renewable energy economy. ??

Uggggggh. Pumps broken, car readers broken, wouldn't print the receipt, employee was stoned and clueless, and one of the most expensive gas stations in the Bay Area. Never again.
