This is yet another fuel station in which the owners are either too cheap or too lazy (or both) to keep paper in their fuel pumps for receipts, forcing you to go inside the store to get one if you need it. Or it may be just a ploy to get people to come inside the store to spend more money.

FYI I purchased four lottery tickets here on July 19, 2023 and they are requesting and recording your birthdate. I asked why and of course the two employees could only say "they told us to". I requested information from the CALottery customer Service and this was the response: That may be a retailer's rule for all age restricted purchases. Why?

I don't recommend this gas station if you want to clean your car's front window. The pictures talk for themselves. I used to manage several gas stations from the peninsula and you'd never experience this situation. I think no matter what, customer should have it easier on the way. I always come to this gas station bc it is the nearest from home. I will still come but I really hope that the person working so the job she/he is getting Pay for.

OK to start off one night I need to gas real bad so I use my debit card & my debit card end up getting locked into the gas pump & as I tried to use my debit card to pay for the gas. It got locked in the machine & I had to come back and get it later on. But the young lady that helped me at the register was very nice. & she Called me when she was able to get my card unlocked out of the gas pump and I came and picked it up. They're still nice people in the world.thanks again, Chevron

Several pumps don’t work. Maybe I’m doing something wrong, but a lot of times the pump isn’t automatic. I have to hold it the entire time.

First off let me start by saying I don't like complaining because I understand life happens but today this chevron location just blew my mind. I came to get a car wash I arrived at about 112 to get the car washed the line was long and I sat in it for about 40 minutes before it was finally my turn. I didn't realize that I left my receipt inside by the ice machine which is right next to the cash register so I called and hoping that it was still there and that the cashier could read me the code so I wouldn't have to have a light and get back in since I have already been here for 40 minutes. He answers the phone and says he doesn't see the receipt and that I would have to come back in so I explained to him can you find my receipt on your system because I've been in line for a really long time he proceeded to say he couldn't and I had to come back and so I explained I would just pay for it again at the machine and I will come inside for a refund on my first receipt. The machine wasn't working and I couldn't purchase a new code so I had to go back inside I walk inside and my receipt is sitting right by the ice machine where I told him.So I asked him why couldn't you have just looked over instead of having me hop out of line he said well that's your problem you left it there it's not my thought you left it. And explain to him that's not the point the point is you could have looked over instead of having me hop out of line and now I have to go back in and wait again. He continue to just say it wasn't his fault and that it was my problem so I asked for his name which was Mike and his managers name and I will just file a complaint. And his Demeanor was like he didn't care and he knew nothing was gonna happen. It's very frustrating to sit in a line for an hour for a $15 car wash and be treated the way that I was treated please do better with training your employees

I have no problem with the gas station, but the staff was not helpful I was trying to get gas, but the pump kept telling me to see the cashiers so I do and one of the workers says “I’m going to punch in” and doesn’t help me after he does that. I didn’t get any gas and left after that. So for that, I give a one star.

I used to like this store! I used to come here often because it's within walking distance of my place & has been for what's going on 6ix years. Lately I've had too many gripes with this store so most of the time I'll drive over the freeway to the Shell instead.List of gripes...1) They close in the middle of the day. Seriously? It's 2:40pm and you're gonna close for half an hour?!2) The card reading machine (on right when facing the registers) never works for my debit card! I just had to go to the bank and pull out cash to finish my transaction.3) They close down the lottery machine way too early (before the drawings even close)! Come on!4) They stopped selling menthols.5) Y'all are charging too much for gas now.6) Staff is usually great, but today both clerks were cxnty fxcks.7) No cigars. At all anymore.8) No alcohol.

My father went to purchase gas a few days ago he paid for his gas with $100bill. The cashier proceeded with the transaction when she was giving my father his change the other cashier said in a very RUDE Manner "ummmm nooo you should have told him you didn't have change" right in front of him. Mind you both cashiers where just standing behind the register talking about personal problems. VERRY RUDE
