Walk in, no one greet me. the person that saw me walk in just ask me if I had An appointment otherwise I had to schedule one. I don't know if he was the mabeger or no, and if he was he doesn't have a clue of how to treat his customers. I check online and it says that walk-ins are welcome anyways poor customer service.

Worst service ever. If I could give them negative stars I absolutely would. The workers are completely rude and inconsiderate. I went in because of an issue I was facing and instead I had the teller laugh in my face every time I answered something wrong and then the manager just kept repeating everything the teller had already said to me as if I was incompetent to understand it the first time around. The folks here are also on the older range and treat younger customers horribly. Not only did I walk out without access to my account but I walked having been interrogated and being accused of possible fraud. Horrible location. Horrible customer service. Avoid this location by all means if possible.

Horrible service from teller and manager. They both were inconsiderate and unwilling to find a way to assist their customer they only wanted the customers money and did not want to help in any other way. Obviously hate their jobs and feel sorry for them.

ATM is more sleepy and broke down that me. It either can't read my bills for deposit or it says it's out of order or will shut down while making an ATM transaction. Citibank used to offer perks for being a customer. Now they require you to have 50k or more to earn rewards. I've been a customer 7 years and am thinking about shutting them out.

For the past years I've been wanting to come close my Citibank account, I never did come in due to the horrible wait times and fake customer service from the in and out employees. But today I came in and there's a brand new manager who I can feel genuinely and warmly wants to help and attend the customers.

This was my first time at this bank I had a check to cash and when I came inside the line was not long. I got a new young lady name Jendayi who helped me with my transaction I always give new people time to do there job I was patient with her and she help me and offer me to see a banker to open an account seen that I don't bank with Citi yet. They may get a new customer thanks to Jendayi.

this Citibank occupies a corner, very visible on a drive by. parking is available in the back of the building. tried to check in here. (it's a block from Rincon..) many times. Yelp app says there's no Citibank in this area. didn't matter, just parked, went in, made my cc payment.
