I bought tires here 20k miles ago. Went to get them rotated and he said the front two needed to be replaced. Said they wouldn’t honor the 70k warranty because they were not rotated frequently enough. His answer to why they only made it 20k on a 70k warranty was “sorry, just doing my job, man”

Had an appointment. Waited 100 minutes for them to even start and another hour to install. 3 hours plus for a tire change will end your day of work or ruin your weekend. Take the tires somewhere else.
Note: the guys in the garage were great. The front desk guy was the worst. And clearly they have a scheduling issue.
