Hale takes your fitness goals seriously. I went to another "machines-only" type gym and had decent results. However, I couldn't reach my goals. Hale shaped my routine to fit my style a bit better, and the results were evident, quickly. I'm healthier now than I have been in years.

When I first joined Hale, my only goal was to do one strict pull up. Fast forward to six years later and we're now doing Bar Muscle Ups! Joined Hale in Aug 2022. Followed my long term workout buddy Gloria - I love Hale for the discipline in nutrition & fitness while having fun. Hale has taught me to stay consistent.I love the programming aspects of class - I have become stronger and improved in health !!
