Fantastic rental experience! The location is secure; I wasn’t afraid of having my belongings stolen (though I bought insurance just in case). Maricela at the front was amazing—she made the move in and move out incredibly easy and she is so pleasant to talk to!

They Are actually charging units 200 dollars and more for electricity.and the units lack of electric service since may 2023.charging the price as with full service.Management its non negotiable and non fare to deny a discount.

The manager is a joke. Just had an electrical fire in one of the warehouse units. Most buildings divided and wired without permits, the containers are shoehorned in so tight the Fire Department says not enough fire lanes and is currently investigating the electrical system and has the power shut off to a block of warehouse spaces and containers. Manager is slowly acquiring generators for the units without power but those folks have lost productivity in the meantime.
