I went to Efficient Tax Solutions on 6/15/2019 to amend my 2018 taxes. *************************** filled out the paperwork to amend the 2018 taxes. For 2 years he would either give different excuses as to why the amendment hadnt gone through or just ignore my phone calls. During that time IRS was adding more and more late and penalty fees. I finally called IRS to get my balance and asked if an amendment had been filed and I was told no. I would never recommend Efficient Tax Solution to anyone. They dont follow through at all.

Really bad service it's my 2nd time and the fat African guy it's was so rude and charge $150 extra because his balls . I don't recommend anybody yo go there believe me . I will tell all my friend to never go there

I’ve been trying to reach Garry since 11/6/2020. I’ve called, texted, as well as emailed him. No response. I wouldn’t ever recommend Efficient Tax Solution to anyone. You don’t even deserve one star. Very poor service.

Garry & Romel never have a bad attitude or anything. They will always welcome you !. Make you walk away happy. Even on YOUR bad days. Thanks for all your helpOnce again garry saves the day with his amazing work & amazing staff. This place is great for anyone & everyone. Family friendly, bilingual. Gary has always been so awesome! He’s reliable and trust worthy! As long as he is around, I dont think we’ll ever look for someone else to help us with our taxes. I give him a 5!! His office also had a total makeover and I love the atmosphere!! In my book, he’s a 5/5!!
