I have never written a Google review until today. However, I am behooved to report the lack of care from this FedEx location, as I am currently waiting outside to receive my package, knowing that the delivery people will lie and say that they attempted delivery. They have lied several times, saying that they attempt delivery, yet they do not follow the delivery instructions that I update every time I receive a package. I have left instructions to call my phone number or to ring the intercom for my apartment number, and they do not attempt either. They also do not leave door tags notices of attempted delivery. On multiple occasions, I have had to redirect my packages to a local location and then had to bring them back to my house, costing me even more money to commute. Recently, I sat around my house for 3 days in a row waiting for a delivery, only for the delivery people to lie and say they attempted on each of those days. I then had to redirect my package to a local FedEx location, which was 50+ lbs and I needed to somehow get that to my house without a car. Extremely frustrating and simply careless.
