I don't know what kind of booking system this center has. I woke up 5 min to 6am to be ready to book my appointments at 6am sharp. There were more than 15 (more or less) appointments available. By the time I filled out the application they were all gone!! Impossible!! That's SCAM!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you!!I've had my dog for 16 years and just really got to the point to where I understood how to and could financially take care of a fur baby. My dog, Lala, developed a lump over the summer on her front right elbow, and we had all thought that it was from her running up the back stairs and would eventually go down. I eventually took her to urgent care after it got bigger and found out that it was a tumor and was told to wait for the tumor to rupture and then put her down. It was gut wrenching to hear and I also carried a lot of owners guilt because I was really young when I was gifted with Lala Bear, and felt like I had failed taking care of her. I was referred by a coworker to Oakvet, where they did a biopsy on the tumor to confirm what urgent care said the lump was. And then I was referred to Dr. Goh and the Fix our Ferals team where they preformed an amputation of the limb. After my experience with the first urgent care, I really didn't trust anyone with Lala, but she took to the Fix our Ferals team really well and they were really gentle and caring towards her. They didn't criticize me as an owner and had compassion for Lala. It was really hard on my entire family, but Dr. Goh and her team frequently checked in on Lala and reassured me that she would get back to herself. They even sent updates after the procedure was done. They responded quickly, and charged a fair price.Today, Lala is doing a lot better and is even running through the house in her old age. There are still some other health concerns because of her age, but I'm happy that this is no longer one of them. I know that pets aren't meant to be here for forever, but I did not think it was fair to sit around and wait for the tumor to rupture. I cannot thank Dr. Goh,the team, and even Oakvet enough!

Again thank you so much for taking great care of Tiny. When I called to get my dog spayed they were very informative. They set an appointment for me by the following month. When I arrived there was plenty of parking and a kind lady assisted me immediately. I filled out a form and got my dog checked in right away. One of the best parts were the prices being extremely reasonable. I picked up my dog and got her checked out . My lil dog Tiny did great during surgery. I really appreciate an organization like this that exists within the community.

This organization does amazing work, so why change the name? Might as well call it animal sterilization clinic, which it is, but Fix our Ferals, I think better.

I was looking around for an affordable place to spay my dad's dog after being quoted 1k at our vet. Wasn't able to make an appointment online or over the phone because they are very limited in the number of animals they can fix a month but was told to try again on a specific date when appts opened up. Set an early alarm so I wouldn't miss it and was able to schedule something for the following month. We dropped pup off early morning after parking outside and filling out forms. I made a note of her having loose teeth on the paperwork not thinking much of it. Got a text that she was ready around 4pm and once there they explained how she did and that they removed the loose teeth. I wasn't expecting them to but was happy they did since we were already thinking of the cost associated with getting so many teeth removed at our vet. They do great work here and you can tell they care very much about the animals they treat.

Big shout out to doctor Goh and the whole team. One of the community cat had a huge tumor of almost half of his head size bleeding and infected all the time, I feel sad and helpless until a friend of mine refered me to this non profit clinic. They responded in a timely manner and took the cat after just a few days I reported this case. They offer a affordable cost for me to save this cat without hesitate. They treated this cat with care and professionalism. The cat is now recovered well. Thank you vet Goh for giving this cat a chance to survive and giving him a brand new life.

It saddens my heart to know that people like me who love their animals as much as people, probably even more, and spend their hard earned money to make sure they have a healthy and long life will only meet people that don't do their jobs and should be careful to take proper care of my dog. It was a traumatizing event for both of us after they put Charlie in the wrong type of cage to keep him in that allowed him to be able to bite on the wire mesh door of the cage because he was not happy being in it. The result was that Charlie ended up breaking a tooth and the vet had to pull it completely in addition to the neutering! I am angered at their carelessness and outraged at their cavalier attitude about this happening like it was no big deal! How would any of you reading this feel if this happened to you? What makes this even more sickening to me is the fact that Charlie is labeled as PROPERTY instead of someone who has a LIFE. Correct me if I am wrong, but pets breath just like us, therefore....LIFE!! IF I WAS YOU READING THIS! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE!!
