Throughout all my years, I have never encountered a manager who cared so much! The way she went above and beyond to acknowledge me and ensure everything was in order was honestly surprising because I don’t often experience customer service like that. Whatever you're paying her isn't enough, and I don’t even say that as a joke. I am almost certain her name was Melissa. Thank you again!

Don’t do it! The day orders are shipped but they never get the package picked up and refuse to refund my money. GameStop ruined my sons birthday. From what I gather from the customer service it is a total scam they have. They print labels so it shows items are going to be shipped even if they can’t fulfill the order and the label just sits printed! Without an actual package to de delivered and refuses to give customers their money back. Run from this store

Super knowledgeable staff that's always helpful. Seems like they're short staffed sometimes, but even when that's the case, they're here to help out and answer questions.

Game stop, game stop. A company that have survived challenges. Managed to survive the competition between Game stop and Game crazy. Great old days. This location is nice, I do miss those who used to work for this location

Horrible customer service only thing good about this place is the games. The people that work here thing they are have a horrible attitude and expect you too know everything. They don't wanna work or don't like to work. Very sad. Same thing in Pinole.

I see they're known for going against GameStop company policies. Really sad when this is the only GameStop around. Do not go here, the san Rafael GameStop has no problem doing every part of the job and they're much nicer ! Definitely worth the drive. Not sure how this one has managed to stay open when they're so bad

The manager shows up late all the time have funky attitude he sits in the store with the door like 30 mins after the store post to open then he looks away when u come to the store very unprofessional then his phone is dmofe important then opening the store seen more then 10 customers walk off

I have good memories of this GameStop when is was young I always used to go here and buy a game then return it 7 days later to get another game I did that for at least 3 years repeating the same process over nd over again man where those the days.

I bought an item from another store. Tried to return at this store the guy straight lied said I could not it return at there store. I called corporate they apologized for the inconvenience. They are not honest on there policies here or they don't know them. Bad customer service.

This store doesn't respect you pre orders, and reservations nor do they have any structure when it come to dealing with the public. I pre ordered a game and paid for it in full, I was told that there would be an early release of the same game that I pre ordered scheduled for the night before the games release date. Well on the day of the early release I was told that there would not be an early release and on the next day (the actual release date of the game) when I went to pick up my game. instead of holding my property (because it was paid in full) my game was sold to someone else and I was left with nothing but a fake explanation about how my phone number wasn't updated. Mind you on the reciept, gamestop is supposed to hold reservations for pre-ordered games for up to a 30 days after the release date, my game was sold on the day of the release, despite it being reserved and already paid in full. I was then told it was my fault because my number wasn't updated on my account, despite me never having any problems with my account from any previous game stop.

The sales associate was professional and quick. I traded in a system and had everything I needed in 10 minutes.
