The people here are friendlier than many other Goodwills. Like all Goodwill stores, they don't know how to tell women's jeans from men's jeans. Men's pants racks are already way too crowded to have to also look through women's jeans without making pants fall off their cheap, worn-out hangers, but add in women's jeans and it is a serious time waster for men. They need to search on YouTube for videos explaining I how to tell the difference between wonen's and men's pants. Hint, shallow or non existent front pockets are not men's jeans, but don't bother trying to teach them, they know everything. Today the housewares section was bare. This happens periodically at Goodwill stores. rather than discount stuff like Salvation Army, they remove it in large quantities and sell it in bulk somewhere else. Stupid

The prices at GW are ridiculous now. I just bought a pair of used sneakers for $15 and feel like a sucker. Not sure how this store is supposed to help low income folks if i'm mid income and complaining.

The prices here are now individually priced compared to a flat rate set per category. Jackets use to be all $12.99, any jacket and now each is priced whatever they want. A jacket I liked was $17.99 and I asked about it, was told that they changed things up. Seriously might as well go to Ross or Marshalls and get new items for less. A positive is that all the staff I encountered are upbeat and friendly.

A lot of ugly clothes & things. Not just that but pricey for a 2nd hand store. For example jeans are $10 & jackets are around $20. You might as well go to ross and dds , its about the same price, but a least those stores have new & pretty clothes!

I come here often with my teens and this is the best Goodwill in our area! The store is heavily stocked with a variety of items and the staff are always very welcoming and friendly. We love coming here.

Bad store! They change the clothes to the rack ! I bought a tshirt for 9.99 and was in the rack for 4.99 when I paid I ask for return because 9.99 for a used tshirt is to much!!!!! And they don’t accept return instead I was in the store …. Bad idea buy in good will ?

Can't believe how much the pieces have gone up! $10 for most adult clothing items- totally unreasonable. There also isn't a dressing room so everything you buy is a gamble.

I wasn't looking for anything in particular but found a couple of items that I both wanted and needed....and if they don't work out as well as I like, I can easily re-donate them :)

This store was really a great store with great employees, until they started raising the prices. I just left and they wanted 20 bucks for a 2 piece. Yes, it's still cheap but on the other hand it's used shien clothes. Like really? Then the supervisor tells me that they are tild to mark up prices. She's a b**** too. Anywho, the goodwill is trash now. Might as well go to Ross etc...same damn prices and not used

*** Avoid this Goodwill at all costs if you're a reseller. *** I've been in-and-out of this Goodwill since 2014 or earlier. I use to enjoy finding merchandise but all of sudden this location and many others came to a sudden halt year ending 2019. From what I've heard merchandise being donated was sifted heavily and went to Cordelia to be auctioned on their website. My other assumption is employees stole high-end items and bought them for pennies on the dollar to be resold on-line. These employees were eventually terminated (revolving door).I came here today at their Richmond location hoping to find something valuable to resell with no avail. Today, I promised myself to never set foot in here ever again.
