We came to pick up a printer for an Ebay buyer. Michael was less than honest on the phone, he first told us that he had to disassemble the printer for shipping and that it wasn't ready and that the buyer had to call Michael back. We then went back and forth from the buyer to Michael, and found out that buyer payed for printer on Nov 18 2022 by a photo that the buyer sent with all the Ebay information. Next we call Michael after we went back and forth on the phone and he finally told us that he sold the printer to someone else(never refunding the first buyer).We then spoke with Michael in person about the pickup for the printer for the buyer. As we were pulling in to Greener Printers at "1003 Canal blvd, Richmond CA" a man came out of the building and said Michael was at lunch. Although the man said this, his voice sounded identical to Michael, who we spoke with on the phone.At that point the man said that the printer was left for 3 months, so then they sold it to a second buyer. We let them know that what was committed was a crime, after which he responded "I do not care, I am not going to argue about this", and walked off.

The staff at Greener printer was amazing. I had a rush order and they worked with me the whole way to get it done on my timeline. I really appreciate that. The business cards were beautiful.

I received the brochures and they look fabulous! Everyone is thrilled with them. Shipping was fast and very reasonable and I loved the wide selection of eco-friendly paper stpck. We are an environmental non-profit that focuses on creative reuse, so we had to walk the walk with sustainable printing while also making our offerings look enticing. and I think we did that. Very pleased.

I ordered a reprint of a set of business cards from Greenerprinter and the quality of the work is stunning! As well as the alacrity with which the job was finished. The staff is amazing and they've got their environmental street cred. I would highly recommend Greenerprinter to anyone.

We seeked out Greenerprinter specifically because they were local and we share their sustainability values. I had to call Mallory a few times to help me and she was very patient and guided me through the process. If your artwork is complete and ready, you don't even have to get on the phone because everything is automated through their online platform, which also makes it super efficient. Our cards were printed and delivered within the timeframe they quoted. We are very happy and would highly recommend them.

Honestly, I would way rather pay a little more for the kind of quality and service I receive from Greener Printer. I have been using them for printing since 2005 and have always had an exemplary experience. A couple of years ago we tried a different local printer as they were half the price, but the quality of what we got ended up costing us more as we then had to go back to Greener Printer to get the whole job redone. We won't be making that mistake again! I appreciate the attention to detail and that they are ecologically sound. The paper quality is just so beautiful, the inks vibrant and bold, and we never notice any off-gassing from them either.I highly recommend Greener Printer.

Greenprinter really came through for me. I had a rush job I asked them to do for an event we were having. Once I approved the proof they got it done in two days and shipped on time!They are very professional and easy to work with. Our company also has all of our business cards printed through them.

Greenerprinter is extremely efficinent from helping finalize the proof to the actual arrival of the product. They were one of the few printers we found who use sustainable inks and recycled and proved an extremely cost effective option for us. Huge shoutout to Sarah and the customer service team for helping us every step of the way.
