I hate to do this but if it will help other people then it's good , I took my car in on march 9 th of this year and because of non communicative, arrogant and in competent staff , and inability to communicate with my warranty my car was there for 6 months , I had to write to the attorney general about this and an automotive repair investigation was done, I have been told that with this investigation I should get a lawyer, I have seen many negative reviews and realize I should have looked and read the reviews before I took it there, but they used to have great service and since they moved it's become very bad, the service person jason town was rude, condescending and nonchalantly made me feel like a molecule , every time I spoke to him I was brought to tears that finally told him to speak to my son, I also reached out to gmc and their response was they are not responsible for the franchises , beware of this place I for sure will never return .

I would advise people NOT to take your vehicle to this location it is terrible. Customer service is awful. They are the worse. They take advantage of females, especially if you are older, I beg you people do not take your car to this company you will be highly disappointed. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Reached out to these folks about a new vehicle they had listed on CL and was told that they "we only help in state customers"Never heard of that in my life, not to mention that I'd done 30 years in CA before moving out of state. I've bought many out of state cars over the years while living all over the US and not once has anyone told me this!

The quoted price I got when I made the appointment online was reasonable ($650.95) and included oil change, wiper blade replacement and spark plugs replacement. The price the service advisor, Jason, quoted was over $1400 higher than the online quote and only included 3 other services - engine & cabin filter replacement and transmission fluid exchange! The service advisor's attitude went from friendly to combative when I questioned the price, and he even challenged my assertion that the $650 included spark plugs replacement. When I sent him a screen shot of the online quote, his attitude seemed to worsen. I had asked that nothing be done, including the oil change & wiper blade replacement that I originally requested, until we spoke again, however, when we spoke again, he said those items had already been completed. The combination of ridiculously high pricing (I got the additional 3 items plus spark plug replacement done elsewhere for less than half of the additional amount Jason quoted, BTW), and the salty, off-putting attitude of the advisor makes it highly unlikely I will come back, (after years of having various vehicles serviced there), or refer others there.

I brought truck here to be serviced for the A/C blowing hot air. GMC replaced the A/C condenser and did a full service. The Trans line was not reconnected correctly and blew off the A/C condenser while driving down the road at 65 MPH. The truck made it 25 miles down the road and was towed back to them the same day. It was a Friday when the truck was towed back service was gone for the day. There was a sales man there that took the keys. The truck was not gone for more than the time it takes to go 25 miles, wait for a tow truck (on HWY 4 HEAVY DEANGEROUS TRAFFIC) and be towed back. Mon morning I called Jason the service mngr and told him of the situation and he assured me he would get right on it and call me back. Tues morning I had not heard anything from him. I called Jason back Tues morning and he acted like he didn't even know where the truck was or the keys. He acted weird and started asking me weird questions. He was being very evasive and acted like he had no clue what was going on. I knew at that point something very shady was going on. I let him know I knew something shady was going on and he hung up on me. He then called me back and said my truck was ready and to come pick it up. He said the issue was unrelated to the repairs and that a trans seal had blown and its now fixed with no charge. I went to pick the truck up and Ash the general mngr told me I would no longer have to deal with Jason and that he would take care of me. He told me that he heard the way Jason was talking to me and that he would talk to him. On my way out Ash said something to me that I did not think much of at the time but said I hope not to see you for a very long time. The truck almost did not make it home. Shifting very rough with a hard jerk and the trans is whining very loudly. I opened the hood when I did make it home and trans fluid is everywhere. All over the engine, fire wall, drivers side breaks and all under the front of the truck. You can clearly see the line blew off and was not connected properly when the repairs to the A/C condenser had been done. The trans is under the middle of the truck. How then did trans fluid get all over the front of the truck while going 65 MPH down the freeway. Why would they send that truck out with trans fluid drenched all over the front breaks? This is a fire hazard and not to mention the breaks do not work when soaked with fluid. My wife drives this truck with our children and grand children. This is deffinantly a total disregard for the safely of peoples lives and no regard to what could happen or to be burned alive if the breaks ignited from the fluid and not to mention all the trans fluid that currently soaks the entire front of the truck. Its a time bomb! I called Hanlees Hilltop Buick GMC back and talked to Jason. He was very condescending and basically said look we fixed your truck for free what do you want? I told him the issue was directly related to the repairs and there was no blown seal under the truck at the trans and he refused to help and said they didn't want "my kind" up there! What the? I texted Ash the general mngr and he texted back saying that he didn't like my allegations and that we are done! I made a complaint with GM and Jason called me back to bring the truck in. I brought the truck in and wanted to see what unrelated repairs they made. I was recording the dispute and Jason said he would not help me and refused to be recorded. That's odd!!! Why not??? Its a dispute! Jason is saying the trans blew a seal under the truck but the trans fluid if all over the engine bay and the very front of the truck. Dripping infact off the front bumper. So I went out to my truck and sat in the service entrance and called GM complaint department and just sat there. 20 minutes later the mechanic that worked on my truck walked over. He asked how he could help and said he was the one that did the repairs. I explained the situation to him and he admitted that the Trans line blew from the A/C condenser due to a bad clip he put on. Said the quality of the clips are ba

I'd been to Hanlees Hilltop Buick GMC for service and had no issues. I just went to them for a new car purchase and was blown away at just how easy they made the entire transaction. From the initial telephone inquiry to the final drive off, the sales staff at Hanlees is to be complimented for their honesty, willingness to accommodate, integrity and overall ease of doing business. Their new car pricing and trade value was very fair in this marketplace.I was lucky enough to work with Hector G., and he made the buying process the most pleasant of my car buying career...and I'm old and have bought a bunch of vehicles! If you're in the market for what they have, know that you'll be fairly treated.

Dealing with Mr. Greg James was outstanding. He was calm, patient and very receptive of what I needed out of this new vehicle deal. Greg went above and beyond his duties. I will FOR SURE be dealing with him for any future purchases. I have also relayed this information to most of my friends and family. Thank you Greg. You are the BAR that all dealerships should strive for.

Staff and Greg were fantastic! He did it all from the financing to the negotiating. We drove 3 hours to pick up the vehicle and they kept their word as discussed over the phone.
