This dealership is ATROCIOUS. Servicing our car here has been a nightmare of epic proportions. A simple warranty issue with our lovely palisade has resulted in weeks of no returned calls, no information, misinformation, threats about the loaner car they gave us, and generally horrible/nonexistent customer service. I guess the dealership never adapted to the new/nicer cars being produced by Hyundai, but even that is no excuse. We will not being buying another Hyundai because we could never deal with this place again.

I recently visited this dealership to test drive a Sonota hybrid. I was told by one of the 5 men there not to say you want a test drive but give the salesmen hope that I will buy a vehicle. I was assigned to a very young and unkept man who hadn't had a haircut in a few years. He displayed effeminate characteristics and an entitled aura. Despite that, I asked what the California law is regarding sales tax when I live in another state that has no sales tax.He said that if the new car is driven in California roads, sales tax must be paid. Apparently, he was correct, but then I asked what's the incentive for purchasing a car in California when I can buy from my home state and avoid sales tax?He took personal offense, told me to do that, turned his back, and walked away. This all happened before the test drive. As a potential customer, I never had any salesperson walk away from me before.I ended up buying the same car from a different dealer, and yes, I paid CA sales tax so I can drive it off the lot. This was a bizarre and negative sales experience for me. I will NEVER do business with this dealership.

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. This is the worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. They have fraudulent, misleading, online advertising, have terrible customer service and are extremely rude (especially Joe'l, who hung up the phone on me). I'm glad I didn't buy a car from them and I would suggest you go elsewhere as well!

Avoid at all cost ...... rude disrespectful !!!!!! Horrible customer service immature, racist and over fucking ridiculous!!!! They need a change of management , if your a women they won't even look you. I was the one buying the car I came in with my brother they never spoke to me they directly would look at him. During financing I asked the man hey do you have a daughter you seen familiar. He said no , why I mentioned I had seen a girl on TikTok that had a dad that looks just liked him . he said " everyone who watched TikTok is fucking stupid " and that the generation in Mexico who grew up watching Mexican cartoons is a stupid generation lost. I said hey that's not very nice he flipped the fuck out and threaten to cancel the whole deal because he could !!! WTh is wrong with this location . With that said AVOID!!!!!!!&

I was in because my engine was burning oil, they are being sued for this in a class action. I discovered the problem when my car came to a dead stop on the freeway outside of Vacaville, which was terrifying. After towing my car to Hanlees, Hanlee's lost my car on their lot for over two weeks instead of working on my engine. Once they found my car, they simply added oil to the engine and told me to COME GET IT and resume driving the faulty vehicle. I had to push to get the engine replaced, which the law firms involved in the class action advised as step one. I was supposed to be reimbursed for my rental car while the engine was replaced.I went through the uphill battle to have a safe vehicle to drive, pushing for replacement and providing all my vehicle records. This process took almost six weeks. I had to rent a car and was told I would be reimbursed within 120 days of submitting my claim.Instead, it took over a year to be reimbursed and they shorted me $2,000 for extra days of rental car beyond two weeks, stating "the repair should not have taken this long". They treated me terribly throughout the entire process, were rude, tried to put a dangerous vehicle back on the road, dragged everything out and then stuck me with a huge bill.I will never have a service done here again - they ripped me off big time.

Had an acquaintance buy a car there, went in for 30,000 mile service, and was completely and utterly up charged for every service possible. They wanted to charge $1,000 worth of services the car doesn’t even need. They blatantly took advantage of this person not knowing much about cars, luckily we stopped them from receiving the services provided here. Completely unacceptable that a dealership would suggest spark plug replacement, brake fluid flush, coolant flush, drive belt all at 30,000 miles. The car does not need it, nor will need it for another 70,000 miles. Unacceptable that they would take advantage of someone like that

I am shopping for a new car and Alana Brown at Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai helped me to learn about the Hyundai vehicles. She was very knowledgeable about the different Hyundai models. During the test drive of the 2024 Tucson she explained all the features of the vehicle very well including the auto hold function. Her patience and knowledge was so unique compared to all the other dealership that I visited. While I am still deciding on buying a new car (as my old car is still working OK), I highly recommend visiting Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai and work with Alana! She is really good!!

Knew what I wanted before I walked through the door, after browsing their website, and the inventory was accurate (ie: what I wanted was actually there, not always the case with these website, haha). Karen Lee was my sales rep and was a pleasure to work with, brought me beverages and food while I was going through the paperwork process for my lease. Her knowledge of my vehicle was helpful during the test drive. Ed, the finance guy was a hoot, loved talking with him, very interesting man and made the 'signing my life away' actually quite enjoyable and transparent! Will be returning my lease in 3 years and purchasing from here again at that time!

Great service here. Always make an appointment, and if they are not there, there is a service box where you can fill out a form and drop off your keys.Made an appointment a month ago for the recall ignition. had to make a key drop off at 930am, it was finished the same day before 1pm.Great ppl. Great service.

Abdul in Finance went over-the-top in helping me qualify for my new 2023 Kona Electric Lease - I had some minor issues with the Hyundai Finance folks from a former car lease, that caused them to deny me.Abdul made some calls, worked his magic & BOOM, approved & with a lower monthly payment!!!

Alana Brown helped me with learning details of the Hyundai Ioniq. She took me out for a test drive. She was very knowledgeable aboutthe car and was very patient when showing me various aspects of thecar such as using the paddles, charging information, operation of thecar when driving it, using the screens to choose settings which wouldwork for me. Overall, she was a good teacher.

Terrible Dealership all around!! They are either woefully understaffed or simply don't want to talk to their customers. I have been trying for 2 days to speak with someone in service and still no response. My call has dropped simply trying to call the dealership. When someone finally did answer, I was passed onto the service department and the call eventually went into voicemail. It has been almost 2 days and they have not called back. I tried them again just now and was patched through to service and after many rings, the line simply dropped. I called again and when someone finally picked up, they patched me through again and it just rang and rang and rang. Even the voicemail didn't come on so I gave up. Hyundai corporate should be made aware just how bad they are. It's a disgrace. And it is total joke that some "Hanlees Auto G" Business Customer Service person only posts thanking people who gave them good reviews. Clearly no interest in reading the countless blistering reviews. How nice.
