September 14, 2023 I left my Nissan SUV at Hanlees Hilltop for services with Ortiz , Viviana. I had called a week ahead of time & schedule appointment I happen to call there was no appointment made for me so I had to make appointment that day September 14 at 9:45. Customer Service skills trash . This service department lies all the time they don't want to work but get paid to sit on their ass. I am a customer I have a warranty on my car, so what is the problem? They have not called me to even get the problem fixed. I've been like two weeks .No body has called me to try to get this matter fixed like I said they lie about everything they don't do their job . They even lied to me when I had a nail in my tire . Hanlees Hilltop Nissan said don't they don't fix tires & told me to go somewhere else I swear lying to me because I am a woman. What do you fix at the dealership? What? What what I don't see them doing any kind of work I don't see any kind of progress. I just see wasting my time. My car was there for two days and when I told her I was coming to get my car all of a sudden she had somebody look at my car and they say my car has gas. The roof of the top of the car got spray-painted it so they couldn't fix it. My warranty can't fix it and I have a warranty. This is bullshit. I got a second opinion from SCR Collision & estimates said it's not spray paint. I really don't think my car was look at by any one . When I called Friday 09/15/23 at 12:00pm nobody had looked at my car i'm being told by the receptionist at hilltop then I get a call at 12:55pm I can pick my car up the warranty won't cover it.

Had my changeoil service yesterday, and all staffs are helpful and accomodating. booked my appointment few days ago and i came 30 mins earlier than my appointment and they helped me immediately.

Randy at Hanlee's took great care of me this past two weeks! I had to trade in my Kona EV and wanted to upgrade to the Ioniq 5 RWD, but the dealership only had AWD. Randy searched around and was finally able to locate my new beautiful car all the way in Santa Clara. He did a dealer trade with them and had one of his drivers pick the car up and deliver it to Richmond. He took time to show me all the special features (and there are A LOT!), went on two test drives with me, and made sure to get me the best possible deal he could. This is the second time I've worked with him and he provided the same excellent service when I leased my Kona 3 years ago. Also, Abdul in the finance department was super professional, kind, and efficient as he guided me through the paper signing process. I was going to the Concord Hyundai for service just because it's closer to where I live, but I'm going to make the extra drive to Richmond from now on. Thanks Hanlee's Hilltop :) I love the new vehicle!

The salesperson was friendly and welcoming. At no point we felt pressured into purchasing something more expensive than what we budgeted for. We got a good deal. The purchase went super smooth. I'd definitely shop at the the Hilltop Nissan location again.

We bought Nissan Pathfinder in April. We had a wonderful experience with Mr. Roberto Rodriguez! We highly recommend him on your next car purchase. So five stars for you Mr. Roberto!!!As for the Finance, it wasn't the best experience with Milton- very unprofessional unfortunately. Anyway, we had to resolve our issue directly with the optional insurance company and thankfully, this was already taken care of.

Needs better customer service. Especially the receptionist, needs training in customer service and proper way of answering the phones and directing calls. Was put on hold for a long time and assuming they forgot about me. Then transferred to the wrong dept while holding for a long time!! Service is slow!

I brought my car for service, and because I did not have an appointment, I was told that it will be two hours for the service, but if I come back the next day, If will be faster. So I make the appointment and when I dropped the car the Girl said that it will be one and a half hour. I told her that I have an appointment in orderto get faster service. But I wait there for 1 hour and 45 minutes and asked for the car they have not even started, and I was told that it will be at least another 45 minutes to wait.The Technician s were just walking around and acting like they don't care about it. I did have to get my car out of that place. They are so irresponsible. They don't respect other people time.

When I brought my car in for a funny noise it was making I was extremely concerned. The service girl at the desk, I think her name was vivian called me to tell me what was wrong as soon as the techs found the problem. She was was knowledgably and Friendly and answered all my questions. When my car was almost ready she even informed me I was due for an oil change (which i forgot) the tech was there when I paid and was very nice. I will definitely be back!

Let's start with the Avoiding a warranty issue Nissan knows they have a key malfunction when you replace your batteries on your key fob. Google what I'm saying the CSA which was female try to tell me that the batteries need to be replaced in my fob but I told her. That I already did that and now I have no locking or unlocking of my buttons which is frustrating. When somebody tells you to replace the batteries and then. When? You replace the batteries the key stops working 100%. So this is what we call another scam by Nissan. That avoids taking responsibility for their piece of c*** car. The 2019 Nissan sentra has so many recalls so many lemon defects. But they don't want to fix it said from Nissan. what I've been told that Nissan has locking software and hardware. To where no one can replace your key unless you go to Nissan itself which is not legal. I installed a bypass cable to get around Nissan's so called defective key fobs when it's really them blocking everybody from getting a replacement key outside of their company which is sad but once I installed the 2017 ADC bypass cable for nissan sentra Boom I can reprogram my key with not defects I can unlock my car lock my car walk up and push the button on the door and now my key fob works so Another example of Nissan trying to take more money from the consumer because their Company is a lemon source. Don't ever buy me? Song don't ever believe what service technician tells you because they will lie to your face because they do not get paid for a warranty job

I have dealt with a lot of cars salesman in the past, but by far the best experience was with Josh. He’s was really respectful, helpful and above all else he was honest every step of the way. I never felt like he was trying to get one over on me. I know when it comes time for I myself or anyone I know to go car shopping. I will be sending them Josh’s way
