Always too busy to even talk over the phone ! When you call, they don't answer...you have to step out of work and then physically be there and then set up appointment like it's 2002 - not 2023!?!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

My old car was hit and run and totaled so I am under a tight timeline to find a new vehicle. I was looking for 2022 Prius and there was a shortage of inventories in all dealership locations and a lot of places do a markup on the MSRP for thousands of dollars. I was so glad that I went to this location to try my luck and got the best class customer service. Thai Nguyen went above and beyond to help with my request. Heard that I have a tight drive way, he offered to test drive the vehicle to my place to see if it fits. Also did a lot of hard work on the back-end to negotiate and get the model and price I want. Everything happens so quickly and he even offered to deliver the new car to my place! I am very grateful to have him help him with my purchase and I would recommend anyone go to this dealership to ask for Thai's help.

I own a 2021 Toyota Venza and this is the place I go to for all my routine maintenance services because they are the closest to my location. I would give their customer service a 5 star for being helpful but need to deduct one star for some of their recommendations to me. I once wanted to see if they can program my vehicle to close when you leave the vehicle and they said there's a charge of $200.00 to program it or I can go back to the dealer where I purchase the car. I wouldn't mind going there but it's in Vallejo which means extra cost for the toll. I LOVE that Toyota Vallejo and you guys should see my review of that location. I also thought that since it's a toyota dealer that any concern I have to be done on this vehicle, any Toyota dealer can handle them. Another one star deduction for their facility. It's NOT very welcoming. It feels like they want you to just drop off your vehicle there and leave. Not like other dealerships that offers free beverages such us coffee and hot chocolate. It's also a plus if they would have some vending machines since there's no restaurants around that location. This place has no comparison to Toyota Vallejo.

Horrible service here, they don't answer the phones. Every time I have taken my car to get maintenance something always goes wrong right after. The first time they forgot to cover my oil lids and caused my car to smoke up while I was driving. I called and the supposedly fix the error right ? Okay cool. Now this time that I took it to get maintenance about a week and a half ago Sunday the require maintenance popped up again but it was just done and I woke up today going to work and the car won't turn on. Every time after a maintenance my car ends up having something wrong. Wouldn't recommend this coming or location.

This dealership is wonderful all around, but this review I want to make specifically for Ricky Machado. My husband was in the market for a new car & Ricky was THE most informative, helpful, kind, & knowledgeable sales person I've ever met. He was willing to work with my husband & get him exactly what he wanted without the whole back & forth & other nonsense you typically get from other car salesmen. My husband's 2023 Rav4 is GORGEOUS, but wasn't in stock yet the day we went in. Ricky was in constant communication with my husband regarding the status of his new car & when it would be in. I myself am in the market for a new car in the next year, & there is no one else I'll be buying a car from than Ricky Machado. If you want an easy, all around good experience buying a Toyota from this great dealership, I highly recommend asking for Ricky. You won't regret it.

I had a fantastic experience working with Ray. First, I was treated with the right information from Zack - about the model I was shopping. Then I met Ray in the showroom and he had it from there. Hassle free sale. Then Ray kept me informed all the way about the arrival of my car. Picked me up from BART on the day of taking the new car home. I was really treated so well here - that I have to recommend Ray and the dealership very highly and without any hesitation.

We met with "Ray Majoros" to help us On our journey to look for our 4runner. He was very Professional and straight to the point. We were able to discuss our details on the phone and he was waiting for us as we arrived to the dealership. He had all the paperwork ready for us, with all the numbers just like we talked about on the phone....no wasted time. We basically came to the lot, demoed the SUV, and signed the papers. Waiting outside for half an hour no one is ready to help and ignored. Never go there in the future. I went to the Berkerley Toyota just within 5 minutes someone came to me and helped out right away. Hanless Hilltop Toyota Service is very Bad. This is not first time
