The service I get here is EXCELLENT . My amazing service person is GUS BATRAKAT. He is always wonderful. I don't know how he juggles all the phone calls, clients, problems we customers bring in. He is personable, cheerful, efficient, effective and funny. He never gets stressed out despite all the demands on him. This time my 5 yr old Charger's engine wires got eaten by rats. There was also a strike and backorder on parts. And I was going through my USAA auto insurance for the $6,000 estimate. USAA dropped the ball three times getting an adjuster out and delaying the work on my car. They gave us an email address of an adjuster who had left the department and didn't forward the emails Gus sent. Gus spent about 10 hours of calls to help me to get the work approved since an adjuster never came out despite being told twice one would come look at the extensive damage. Gus spent a lot of frustrating time on hold and trying to get to someone on my behalf. It took almost a month due to USAA's endless mistakes. Gus never got irritated despite trying to juggle being on hold for my claim while at the same time juggling other calls and other clients. He kept me updated on the progress. He is amazing. After I got my car back he showed me how to avoid rats by putting bounce sheets and rat deflectors in my car. He also showed me where to place everything so I didn't damage the engine.I love this dealership because of him and the amazing service. Last year my headlight went out and they weren't parts. He had the guys rewire and fix the wiring. I live in Marin and if I drove without a headlight I would be pulled over. I can't say enough about him BUT WILL SAY HE NEEDS A RAISE. He is an employee you don't want to lose. The dealership is clean and there are three comfortable areas to wait in. Everyone is great, friendly and all seem to like working there. My car always comes back clean and happy. I live in Marin and don't have a dealership in my immediate area. San Francisco, Santa Rosa and Richmond are my choices. Hilltop Richmond will always be my dealership as long as Gus Batrakat is there. He's a joy to work with.

We had the most amazing car buying experience at Hilltop Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Excellent inventory and they happened to have exactly what my daughter was looking for. We felt immediately comfortable with our sales person, Dino. Negotiations went smoothly and we were made to feel like valued clients. Dino, what a gem! Trustworthy, friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The entire team, including finance treated us with respect. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another vehicle at Hilltop from Dino. We had an excellent buying experience. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give.

The worst experience in the service department. Never!! Never go back to do service here. Advisor never give me a update or return a call. Hold my car for 3 days until I reached Jessica, I guess she's the in charge of the shop. And she finally gave me the answer and release the car to me after the service department was close after 6pm. Is it every time need the boss or manger to take care every little thing?

Going into any dealership you never quite know what to expect. I had spoke or emailed with someone there. (I think ?), I was in contact with so many before going to HillTop I can't be certain. Anyway I parked and was greeted by Anthony , we talked about what I was looking for , and wanted to see a few different cars , he was very patient with me , cause I had him grabbing probably 4 or 5 different set of keys. Long and short of it he was great , Greg was great and even when I left ( without a new car ), this place was by far better than any other lots i visited. So I asked for a few photos of a car I was eye balling , and Anthony texted right away , mind you this was 20 minutes after driving home. 1 hour later I was going back to buy THE CAR!! Good people , good prices , And by far the BEST waiting room , in the service department!' ( gps tracker installed few days later). Highly recommend this place great inventory, good prices And awesome staff.

Incompetent service department - charge for diagnosis and only run through the service codes even when the service advisor sees the issue - they can’t recreate the issue if a code doesn’t come up and charge you a diagnosis fee of $270 and then return the car while the issue continues to manifest itself within a few miles of pick-up of the car and want to charge again to look at the issue if you take it back in.This has happed to me 2 times over the course of 2 weeks.1. Start / Stop Issue - which said Service Electronic Stability Control System and Service Start/Stop System - took pictures and showed them the issue three times2. AC Control buttons not working on pick-up from fixing the start/stop systemThe issue I took it in for originally was the brake pump and brakes not working and issue # 1 above. The brake pump issue caused issue # 1 which caused the start/stop to fail. They fixed the brake vacuum pump under warranty and put in a faulty pump that was making a separate noise and again caused the start/stop issue to be exacerbated.They then replaced the vacuum pump again when I went to pick up, the AC buttons were not working (which have worked for years without an issue). Of course this was found when I went for pick-up and showed to the Service Advisor who pulled in others who saw it and said it wasn’t related to the battery so they were going to charge an additional diagnosis fee to identify this issue. As usual, they came back with no service codes seen and that the technician was unable to recreate the issue.If you can go anywhere else - I would recommend doing that as Hilltop has the worst customer service (including the Manager Scott), incompetent technicians and they run a complete money making racket without actually fixing the car.

Jaret was lo-key, patient and knowledgeable. He followed up with me, even mailing my personalized plate tag from my trade-in back to my home. Would do business with Jaret and Hilltop again, no doubt. Excellent experience!

After checking my local dealers, Hilltop CDJR was definitely worth the hour drive to get a great deal on my new Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland 4xe. They provided very knowledgable and responsive service, and I'll be recommending them to my friends and family. Thanks, Guys!!!

This place is THE WORST. We brought our truck in for regular maintenance check and some repairs. Paid over 2K. Left and discovered they had damaged the top racks. No one said ANYTHING and then denied that it happened until the cameras were checked. Gus was dismissive and condescending and non- responsive until a third trip to the shop. We were told by Gus we would receive a check for the amount of the damages. The service manager implied we were trying to get a pay day and we would not get a check but they would pay for repairs. The assumption was disrespectful but we agreed to have them pay for the repairs. Now.....over 6 weeks later they have only paid for a partial repair. AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS. Especially dealing with Gus!And, it appears they only message and respond to positive reviews. Poor business practices all around.

Recently moved to back to Marin- tried autoworld in Petaluma for my Jeep but was ultimately unhappy with them. Came here and customer service was on point. Talked to a mechanic who was very knowledgeable. Everyone was helpful so besides paying dealership prices I am very satisfied with their services- Lynette and Art were great!

I had a great experience with Dino as my salesperson. Dino was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. It can be difficult to feel respected as a woman buying a car, and this was by far my smoothest and most enjoyable car buying experience.

My experience was great! My concerns were listened to and met. Everyone was very thorough. While I was going through paper work, some of the other salesmen kept my 7yro niece occupied and even offered popsicle and snacks to the customersMr.Pena went over everything on the vehicle and how to work it and sync it and use the app. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous. I highly recommend going to Hilltop jeep, Chrysler, Dodge for your purchase. Ask for Joe or Jason, you can't go wrong.
