The customer service was on point. The communication was on point. The prices were better than many other places I checked out. But the job? My car looked brand new. I actually got compliments on how it was gleaming. I didn't even know that was something folks complimented each other on. Very happy with them!

My car had a lot of dog hair and smelled of dog and these guys did a very good job getting it all out. The smell and the hair. Very good value for money and they did not use toxic smelling products thankfully. I would use them again and just recommended them to a friend thanks

My car floor flooded in the rains and then I was late to dry it out so it got moldy. I also poured baking soda on it to dry it up but that really just made a bigger mess. They were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. Then got my car back to looking amazingly clean without any sign of mold or mildew. They also saw the foam needed to replaced under the floor fabric and did that quickly. Overall just a really great, trustworthy, and affordable business. Would definitely recommend to other folks

My son's car had some spilled melted butter on the passenger's seat. JJ's Auto Detailing shop did a great job of cleaning the entire car but also were able to completely remove the bad smell.

I can't recommend JJ's Auto Detaling enough! I used to take my car to JJ's when they used to be on Eastshore by Target in Albany. I'm still a loyal customer. Sadly, JJ passed away but his family has kept his legacy alive. JJ's is very detail oriented and they won't say the car is ready until it meets their standards. Recently took my brother's 2006 Lexus there (which was dirty and looked awful) and it came out looking like a new car. Unreal!
