This place is awesome came down without an appointment just looking for help to reattach my front bumper on my Honda civic. The manager came out and just fixed it for free while chatting with me. Anyone looking for help should come ask for Joel.

I have to say this place had me hot. Joel promised me my vehicle to be done certain time and didn't even bother calling me the day of or anytime after. They need better communication and learn that you shouldn't promise false hopes and if so own it. I have to give Max and David 5stars to them and the reception because they were truthful and very nice and never ignored me even if I was upset when Max in the beginning but he got thrown in a mess to clean it up.Services: Electrical

I will never get my car repaired here or any other G &c auto body. This place was recommended by my auto insurance but they told me repairs would only take a week but took almost a month. They broke my 360 camera and had to send it to the dealership to get it fixed. They didn't communicate they would tell me the car is ready then say it's not ready. Don't come here go anywhere else. You will tank me after.Services: Painting

If you’re looking for a shop with absolutely no care of time or care at all. Then this is the right place for you. Workers are rude and work is no where as good as it should be for the manner of time they take to get their job done. Lack of accountability. Overall they have no care of anything as long as they get their check. Ridiculous.

I unfortunately had to go to this spot twice in a short period of time and both times I went they were super helpful, clear and kind. They went out of their way to make sure we were communicated with during the whole process and checked up later to make sure the repairs went well. Their work was pristine and would highly recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Update: After contacting the shop via email as they recommended and calling, but having no answer it’s clear they don’t bother resolving any issues. Also included another picture of the front bumper air brake intake that wasn’t even installed properly.I chose this repair shop for the convenience of it being 15 mins away from my residence. Unfortunately I was not satisfied with the work of having my vehicle repaired. The duration of the repairs took a lot longer than anticipated, communication of updates were bad, repairs weren’t up to par, and no compensation for ride-share services were offered.Even when the vehicle took longer than I was promised I wouldn’t receive updates. I was told my vehicle would be ready on my arrival from Mexico and it was not. I had to get lyft to go pick up my vehicle only to leave it again because they had missing pieces (front badge), moderate orange peel texture on the paint and horrible fitment of the front bumper.The biggest part for me was the communication. I had to call to receive updates after not hearing anything for a couple days and when I was promised I’d get a call the next day, nothing.I wouldn’t recommend this body shop to any relatives or any one I have a relationship with to avoid the hassle.

Picked up my car today - was hit by someone who had Geico ins, and this is one of the shops they work with. I could've went with anyone, but I read reviews and went ahead with G&C since they are close and could take my car quickly.The girl at reception is dry, but Chris is really great and assessed my Wrangler with me efficiently and to my satisfaction, when I dropped it off. I know cars: I grew up with a mechanic father and own some classics, and he spoke to me competently and without condescension, even though I'm a girl! LolThe bumper I needed came in scratched, twice, and he wouldn't put it on until they sent one without flaws - I appreciate that. I manage in customer service/health industry, and I understand the frustration and hesitancy to let a client know when things are not working out and taking longer than expected - it's a difficult situation. I was lucky, and not really put-out, since the other guy's ins gave me a rental. But either way, he was professional and took care of my questions and other needs pertaining to the ins company.I also needed a new windshield (not involved with the accident), and they were $140 less than the what the dealership and another glass company had previously quoted me - so I had them do that while the truck was there.Thank you all for your service, and I will consider your shop if I ever need body work again (hopefully not!).

My front bumper was hit and my insurance let me pick the closest auto body in my area, and G&C was it. I was helped my the older gentleman who spoke Spanish, I don't remember his name, but it was nice to have someone help me in both languages (I get my Spanish and English mixed up alot.) The ladies inside made sure to call my insurance and the rental company for me. They went above and beyond my expectations, fixed an unrelated dent the car had out the kindness of their hardworking hearts! I would 10000% recommended.Services: Painting

Very friendly people went to have my vehicle looked at for repairing damages...Tech sat at his table getting info about my vehicle..Sat in the waiting room back and forth checking my vehicle which overall time ... with print out less than 15 minutes..Now waiting to hear from my claim adjuster!But the visit fast to the point of the job..Hopefully be back for the repairsThanksHave a Great day!

Maaco left my car dirty and they didn't want to finish the job and put my license plate back on my car. Paint was decent, but they treated me like trash.

Excellent work for a very fair price! I was about to drive to Mexico to have my truck painted (seriously), but the crew at Macco took care of me and made the decision to get the work done here in the States a no brainer. They dropped me off and picked me up at the BART station and gave me awesome customer service. I will be bringing all my future auto-body work to them.

Paint job okay but car was very dirty had to get them to wipe car down because there was white dusty stuff from top to bottom of car everywhere including shoe footprints in back seat and didn't put everything back the way I dropped it off including missing pieces! Won't be using them again!

I would not send my worst enemy to this shop. Not only do they damage customer vehicles with no recourse or sense of responsibility, they have a citation on their license that is now delinquent and withhold repair records from the state. Which is the opposite of legal. RUNAWAY

their prices are good...but dont get angry with them if they say one thing and do another....they will then tell you they do not want your business. great company...NOT!!!! I am following up with my review to show how much this company couldnt care any less....they replied :.... But try and contact them using the info provided below IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!, they want you to think that they care and want to resolve the issue...but in reality, they have just enforced the point by not giving full info to contact them!
