Nice, very clean, and new! The only thing I would change is the hours! I wish they opened earlier. I would rent a storage unit for tools, but 9:30 AM is just too late to have to go for work tools. They would probably get more contractors. The hours are kind of a turn-off.

I just moved to my space in Richmond yesterday but so far so good. Easy access, clean space and enough carts to get me moved in quickly. One elevator is slow but I’ve been told it’s being repaired. Amir was super helpful. The pricing seems fair. It’s two months at half price and then it goes to full price. Not a surprise if you read the website carefully. All in all, a good place for storage.

This storage unit is perfect for our situation, we don’t necessarily need the climate controlled unit for what we’re storing but it’s definitely one of the many nice features. I’ll be able to live comfortably knowing my stuff is safe and very much secure. If your looking for storage, make this one your first stop and you’ll get the perfect amount of help.
