I’m not sure who the new owners of this metro are but the services is terrible for starters I asked to get my line added to a new device they charged me 15$ the regular price then proceeded to laugh and talk in a different Language with other employees then changed the price to 50$ then changed the price back to 15$ after mentioning I was a Good customer and they’ give me a discount? So I left and went to a different metro and got told the max metro pays for line is 15$ . Do not come to this metro unless you looking to get scammed.

From day 1 this store added me to my mom account l should have had my own account. This store added to my mother account a tablet phone case security screen 3 way calling insurance and another line I also noticed my bill go up and down each month from $45-$65 a month the bill says B E which is not my name I've been ln store and they are aggressive and rude. Other customers had the same issues wanted to know why they have a second line & tablet they never received.

Very good customer service. All of my questions were answered. Sales people were very knowledgeable about product. Gave me the best deal.

Rude. Rude. Rude. Rude. But what do you expect from Richmond. Employees are so unprofessional, it's like a high school drama in there.
