High praise to Richmond Blueprint and especially to Manager Yao Saechao. I brought in two very complicated print jobs and Yao was not only creative with some solutions but he persisted with me to correct the problems, get the jobs done before my deadline and produced beautiful, high quality work. It was a pleasure working with him. Richmond Blueprint is a local, small business that makes our city proud.

My church ran out of tithe envelopes in 2021 in the middle of the Pandemic. No big deal since we were not having church services. Well, once the bans were lifted it was time to order the envelopes. The printing company that we've used for at least 45yrs closed their doors due to the pandemic. So I had to seek a new company. I contacted Blueprint via phone and emailed them the sample with changes. They were gracious and friendly! Thank you for taking care of Bayo Vista First Baptist Church of Rodeo CA. We truly appreciate you and your prompt work. We will be working with you again!

I needed a printer to print the programs for my grandma's funeral, last minute. The previous arrangement fell through and getting them done fell on me. I googled printer services near me and this was the first to come up. I called and spoke to a man. I told him what I needed. He said it could be done and to come in to look at paper. I told him I'd be in in about 1 1/2 - 2 hrs after a call I had to do. I went in and this is where it gets different. As soon as I walked in, there was a woman with glasses and long blonde hair at a computer and I could tell from her way of asking what I needed that I was interrupting her. "How can I help you?" in that rushed, I'm busy tone. When I told her what I needed and that I had spoke to a gentleman earlier who told me to come in to look at paper, she became more annoyed. When she asked me when did I need it and I told her today and that the gentleman told me it was possible, she lost it. She kept saying that it wouldn't be possible and she didn't know why he told me this. She then looked it up on the computer (yes she was doing the most before she even seen it) all the while repeating that it wouldn't be possible. So she tells me they don't even have the right paper while she proceeds to go and grab a few different sheets of paper. She says "I can show you these," while repeating that there was NO WAY that what I needed could happen. I told her that I didn't need to look at the paper if she couldn't fill the order. She told me I'd probably do best going to a UPS or FED EX store. I just turned around and walked out. She told me I had pretty nails as I walked out. Luckily, or unluckily, I was grieving my grandma and didn't have the energy to unload the way I normally would have. I called Copy Central in El Cerrito and they filled my order within an hour. That lady was so unprofessional and insensitive. She was so dramatic, it looked like she was in a movie. She was so frantic, annoyed, bothered and she wanted me to know. This happened on July 6,2021.

Downtown Richmond isn't in the heart of the Yelp-o-sphere so perhaps that's why there's but a single solitary sad little review here for Richmond Blueprint. Like the Bill sitting on Capitol Hill. All sad and lonely. Fear not, little lonely sad review. I will keep you company! I will lift your spirits with the power of positive experiences and celebration. I will turn your blue frown upside down with radiant red energy! Yes. And it was so. I needed a hand today, some signage for a Very Big Deal and I needed it like 15 minutes ago and really what are the chances of that happening? As it turned out, 100% And being the man I am, I gave them lousy instructions and had changes when I got to the shop to pick up the work and they were all hang out with us for a little bit and talk about the crazy world as I do a reprint in the back. So I did and we did and they did and voila. They came through in a clutch and were professional, personable, and a ton of fun throughout. There you go, small sad blue review. Now you have the good company.
