I went to the store, the lady named Francis (I think she is manager) she was super rude). It was very different experience this time coz most of there staff is very welcoming. I was looking at the mats and she approached me i na very rude manner saying like are ungoing to keep mats back I said ofcourse. Then there was a dress on 1 there was no discount tag but the other one had so I tried checking with the lady who was working there she was really nice and told me that she can ask the manager and bad luck the manager was same rude lady and u guys can imagine how helpful she would be. She said this dress clukd be new so.. which was not making anysense. Some people are awful and o will never gothis store again because this lady.

As me and my family are shopping here this morning at 8 in the morning I noticed Store manager Veronica and Norma were fallowing us around making are shopping experience here at Ross very uncomfortable. We are holiday shopping but I get it I’m a black male with his family shopping so I see the stereotype there. But Natalie at the cash register was very nice and polite and she was very patient with all the stuff the we were getting, thank you Natalie you are awesome

This store denied me entry using an arbitrary rule as an excuse. It allowed a couple right before me to enter even though THEY broke the rule, it rudely refused to explain what the rule was about, and then it granted entry to 2 girls in a case of gender bias. I had stated the one simple thing I was wanting and the store didn't listen or care to work with the inevitable CCTV security for making sure I wouldn't have done anything subversive. Own up, Ross, or I will not remove this 1 Star.
