Customer service was horrible they got a customer order wrong took 15 min helping her to tell her they gave her pizza to someone else by accident had a line of only 3 people and had like 5 others waiting for their food will not be coming here again

On 2/8/24 I ordered a lg pizza half combo and half Hawaiian they told me 20 min pick up, I get there not ready yet. There are 6 people working, pizza is ready but the hot wings not even in the oven. So I wait for another 10 minutes. I asked for the manager name and the person says you can come another day to talk to her she is not here today . I said to the guy you should be in my shoes you would be upset, I would not recommend this place to anyone. Total time waiting 40minutes this is unacceptable.

This store was very unprofessional, I placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes, so when I arrived 30 minutes later I paid and my pizza was still not ready. So I waited about another 5 to 10 minutes and asked where my pizza was, so the guy checked and then told me that my order was never put in so I had to wait another 20 minutes on top of the 35 I already wated, it was ridiculous. I was outraged, don't ever come to this round-table, the one in Pinole is way better.

First of all if you're from anywhere in the NY tri-state area you're probably only ordering pizza from here because some native Californian in your life had a special request for Round Table specifically. Some nostalgia or something. Do Not Order from this location. They are slower than maple syrup running uphill in New Hampshire in January. Just beyond ridiculously crappy service. And yeah read all the other one-star reviews of this location. It's real.

I like Round Table. They've been around forever, and they're quality is consistent. Good variety. I guess I'm in the pineapple on Pizza is okay group, cuz I like Maui Zaui!

Yea if you do come here make sure the lady isnt there. Ive lived in the area my whole life and used to come here every week pretty much, maybe even twice. But the new lady working, which i think is the manager, is very rude. I just came in today to ask for a few things, extra sauce and anchovies for my pizza from the night before. She looked at me like i was crazy as she was taking out her airpod, as if i disturbed her. Strange, when she first started there she was very cheery. My advice, work somewhere you like, makes everyone's day easier. Otherwise customer service is good, when shes not there of course, and pizza is alright. Chicken and pizza certainly has lost quality over the years. The interior is pretty gross but i dont mind as long as the food is good, which it isnt. Id say just go to Mountain Mikes, or Papa Murphys in Pinole.

I purchase pizza's from this location on a regular basis. This evening, I ordered a pizza utilizing one of the deals on website. When I went to pick up the pizza, I was told that they don't honor website coupons. I was told that they were independent and don't participate and was offered $5 off, I was still going to purchase the pizza but wanted to speak to a manager. When the manager came, I advised that the fact that this location doesn't honor online coupons that show up on their website should be noted on their website. I told her that the coupon was for $18.99 for a large 1 topping and I was offered $5 off which she responded with the cashier offered too much shed only give $4 and asked what I wanted to do. I walked out with no pizza and will not be going there again.

I love around Table Pizza . But this particular one has terrible customer service. I went online and ordered 2 Large pizzas. The order confirmed that our order would arrive 30 mins from ordering. It never and no one ever called. I waited outside in the cold until midnight. I tried calling in to see what was going on and they were closed. I checked my call log and no calls came in. I called the next day and asked to talk to the manager, I explained that my pizza never came and she said that she was notified about the order and it was cancelled. I checked my bank and there was no refund issued . She also said that they called me and was very argumentative with me and very rude over the phone. Never apologizing or trying to understand that as a consumer I am only going by the confirmation I received and had no reason to think otherwise about if my pizza was coming. Her reply was for me to do what I gotta do. I asked her, her name and she hung up on me. This was the worst experience I ever had at a Round Table ever. I see why this store has such a low Yelp Rating.

Staff was unprofessional and did communicate properly their policy for pickup. The staff talked about my wife inappropriately in Spanish thinking that she wouldn't understand we will not be coming ordering from this location

I ordered the chicken garlic specialty pizza. The chicken tastes old when I pick up the pizza it look like it came out of a microwave. As soon as my father and I ate two slices we have to go to the bathroom, the cheese was tangy I think it was old. Don't waste your money!

Disgusting. At 8pm last night my girlfriend ordered pizza from here. She shared her location with the delivery driver so he could find the house. This creep then starts calling her baby in person and texting her calling her baby. Take a moment and imagine how freaky that is to be a woman and have someone you’ve never met who knows where you live calling you baby at 8pm. If you want to support creepy people who don’t know how to act, please buy from here. To round table: don’t tell me to email this feedback somewhere else. I’m giving it to you right here and you can act on it or ignore it but don’t cap with me about “elevating it to our team”.Kid-friendliness: Can’t imagine it’s too kid friendly with that creepy delivery driver prowling the streets
