I had an amazing experience setting up my storage unit at Security Public Storage, all thanks to Renee Rodriguez! From the moment I walked in, Renee greeted me with a warm, professional attitude and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. he took the time to explain all the details, answered every question with patience, and even gave helpful tips to make sure I chose the right unit for my needs.

I've reviewed this place before when I first moved in. At that time it was great. Easy transition moving in to the facility. However, this past December they had a break-in. Apparently my number was used for people to gain access and stole a lot of stuff from various different people.
I don't know how somebody got a hold of my number where there was an inside job or something but I didn't give it to anybody. I wasn't on camera. None of my friends were on camera and I got cleared from the sheriff's department detective who was in charge of that case. However, I was given no brakes. Even over the fact that I was cleared of all wrongdoing by the sheriff's department, I was still forced to move all of my items out. Now that was a very bad decision on their part and very rough on me because I was moving at the same time and so now I had get another storage facility locker pay for another completely different place which was hard to find because I have a lot of stuff. And I still have stuff all over my backyard and that other storage facility that was smaller. It really inconvenienced me.
What I'm really upset about is had a whole new company come in and take over management and security of that place. I didn't sign a contract with them. There was no new rules that I was aware of. It really put me in a bind and it was very unprofessional by them. Maybe give me a month. And no they gave me less than a week. I won't be going there again. I won't be recommending anybody there. I've already had several people move out of there like already.

This is the second time in a 11 year period that I get a a storage unit with them. Every time I was well taken care of and everything was clear and in writing, prices are reasonable, area is secure and clean. I will always choose them to the competitors near by.

Save your money and go elsewhere. This place thrives off of nickel and diming their (no longer repeat) customers. Charging for a full month and over the phone stating they prorate you when you leave (a few days later) and then saying sorry, no refunds. The second issue is all of my stuff is riddled with spiders. My actual nightmare. NOT TO MENTION, SHORTLY AFTER MOVING IN, I NOTICED THERE WAS A HOMELESS WOMAN LIVING IN A UNIT. I wouldn’t trust my stuff here ever again. Last time I step foot in this dump.

Did not issue gate code at time of rental. Even though once it was issued, it still did not work. Had to return to the office. Lucky someone was there.

The young lady was very profesional and worked beyond her expectations. The was overworked, they need toHire an assistant for her. Outside of that she did a really exceptional job! Very impressed with the servic!
