Super fun lunch with a friend who introduced me to this restaurant in the Ranch 99 complex. We shared the salt and pepper tofu, Sichuan style twice cooked pork bacon, spicy garlic eggplant, crispy noodle chicken and pan fried chive turnover.Everything was super fresh and steaming hot. The tofu fried to perfection and soft & silky inside. We agreed to try item we had never had before and the twice cooked pork bacon and crispy noodle chicken were two of those items. The pork was very flavorful with the perfect heat level, and the crispy noodles under the layer of delicious chicken, mushrooms and fresh Vegis lent the perfect texture. The chive turnover was a fun dish. Our server, and everyone at the was friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back. Two things to know, parking can be a challenge as it is a busy area (there are multiple restaurants and shops in the complex, plus Ranch 99) and if you pay in cash, you get a free mini ice cream.

We always come here when we are in town. The food is almost always fast and tasty. Not all items on the menu are spicy hot. They will tone it down if you ask.

Came here many years ago to have lunch on a whim but totally forgot about it until today when I wanted to try a different Chinese restaurant. I decided to order some food from Sichuan Fusion since I haven't gone back there in years but I've anyways passed by it when I'm over at the mall for other things. We were feeling lazy and it was raining like crazy outside and didn't feel like going out so we odered for delivery. We ordered chicken fried rice, vegetarian hot sour soup, spicy Tan Tan mien noodles, and what looked like a combination stir fried hand made noodle dish that we got by mistake which was supposed to be the Beef Chow Fun.The chicken fried rice was pretty good. It was light in oil, seasoned well, and had a decent light wok flavor. The vegetarian hot sour soup was nice and hot when we got it and it was full of ingredients that I couldn't even name. The soup stock was flavorful but a bit heavy on the vinegar. I still enjoyed it alot. The Tan Tan noodle was a bit heavy in oil but that was expected since part of the sauce included hot chili oil. The sesame sauce was very good in flavor but seemed to be missing something. I can only say that after eating the same type of noodle at Shang Dong restaurant in Oakland I haven't found any other place that can compare. The mistake dish that we got which I think is a stir fried combination hand made noodle had really nice fresh made noodles that were cooked just right and had a nice chewey consistency. The dish also had large pieces of lightly battered chicken, shrimp and beef. I really enjoyed this mistake. Hahaha. What was that song that had the lyric about being my favorite mistake? ?Overall, I really liked the food and next time I'm at the Pacific East Mall I'll stop by and try out some other dishes from Sichuan Fusion.

Overall it was a great meal, though it was a little hit or miss. The chowmein hand made noodles was phenomenal. And the spicy fish clay pot was very good. On the other hand the spice chile beef was so oily that it wasn't that good. They prefer cash payments, though they will accept cards.

Classic! Loved the tang of the Sichuan chicken (sinus clearing, but not nuclear spicy) and the handmade noodles with vegetables had lovely texture and tasty mushrooms interspersed throughout. Very friendly service

To begin with, DON'T PAY CASH. If your card pays you, like ours, 3% of your bill in rewards, the truth is their pay cash, get ice cream (that turns out to be a very small baby size cone), is not worth it. It also can encourage management to underreport revenues and tips for servers. So pass on that offer.Green Beans: good.Sort of a popcornish chicken dish: goodSpicy House Noodle Soup: goodMu Shu Pork: Fair- too few crepes, too little plum sauce (and not good quality), needs more porkCombination Fried Rice: fair...most have shrimp along with chicken and more veggies.Overall, it was ok, but the free ice cream scam is disappointing.

The boiled fish is tender, juicy and delicious. The spicy chicken tastes great, and your appetite will increase after just one bite. Baked pumpkin with salted egg yolk is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the rich salted egg yolk is a perfect match. None of these three dishes are disappointing, they are really amazing! The kind that's so delicious that you can't stop eating it. highly recommended! They're seriously amazing! It's the kind of delicious that keeps you coming back for more. Strongly recommended!!
