I learned so much from these ladies, they taught me how to pack a box to avoid breakage. They also told me they provide packing for those that want that service. They’re always nice and pleasant. I go to this one all the time, they’ve made shipping packages easy for me.

My daughter made a special trip to the Meeker Avenue UPS store in Richmond around 3:30 today, Saturday, the 23rd, and they were closed, even though they were listed as being open until 5:00. That’s not very thoughtful or respectful of customer’s valuable time.

This is a note of appreciation for Ingrid and Bianca who helped me with domestic and international packages, showing me the best way to pack and wrap them, advising on shipping, and just lending me all around pleasant and courteous support. I actually look forward to mailing a packages now! The location is also good: right off the freeway with easy parking, next to a CVS, and a Starbucks. Thank you for brightening my day, Ingrid and Bianca!

I went in for an appointment that I made for a live scan. The lady at the counter ask if I had paperwork. I paid in advance and had a QR code. The live scan instructions instructed to show barcode and Id but not to hand over anything to the employee conducting the live scan. She asked if she can see the email on my phone. I handed my phone over assuming she would look at it for the purpose of this appointment. I noticed she was clicking on things, then says oops. I asked what happen and she proceeded to say she was emailing it to herself. I asked her to please not go through my phone and I could email it to her myself. She simply said that I was rude and she was canceling my appointment. I told her I was not rude that I was just asking her to please not go through my phone. That I had not given her permission to do that. She didn’t care. She was unprofessional and rude. She didn’t want to give me her name. This may not be her name but it maybe Ingrid. She was working on 10/29/23 alone. I hope she is talked to because her assuming she can just go and click through people’s phone is not okay. Total invasion of my privacy.

Never open @ 8:30 am always have to wait ten to twenty min for the clerk to come to work . I use UPS often sometimes I have to go to another store.

Got here today at opening time (8:30 am) and no one there. Waited 10 minutes and then the sullen employee drove up, no apology no "sorry, running late", nothing. i went ahead and left my package although she was so surly that i wasn't sure if she actually sent it off. Last time i will use this ups store.

The customer service team of Bianca, Ava, and Laura is the best I have experienced in a while at any shipping store. They each have a work ethic that is valuable to me as a self employed person. Even when the line is long, they simply do their job well to move it along without stress or negativity. I praise the owner for hiring excellent employees.

The team here is very prompt, helpful, and courteous. I have always had a very pleasant and seamless experience at this location and come here multiple times a month. The reviewers who take issue with pricing and technical difficulties need to take it up with Corporate UPS, not bash the local team for things out of their control.Keep up the great work Bianca and team!

Ridiculous! Came here to return a package and Bianca told they couldn't print out my label. And basically told me to go to another store. All those printers in plain sight and couldn't even tell me when they would be able to get them "fixed" horrible customer service!

They closed for 30 mins for a lunch break during a peak time. When they reopened, a line had formed outside waiting for them. I had UPS labels to print, and they wanted to charge $4.99 each page, even though they charge $2.99 first page and $.99 each additional page for any other printout. It’s all the same piece of paper. After waiting 40 mins and declining an exploitative printing policy, they announce their system went down and could not process any Amazon returns. I lost 1 hour and got nothing processed through this store. It’s a mess there.

So dissapointed.. $5 to print a half of page in black ink on normal 8.5 X 11 paper. The price just to print this is more than I paid for the actual shipping cost! I usually come here to print shipping labels I purchase online from USPS to save money. Prior price 50 cents, this time $4.99? I ask why the price change the clerk says "it's policy". Mind you I did not buy postage from them, I did not get it printed on special paper it is just a print job that takes up half a page in black ink. Sadly I am disabled and could not go somewhere else or I would have. If charging $5 for a half page of print is how they plan to pay their workers a living wage I am appalled, cut Carol Tome's compensation (the CEO of UPS) she made over $27 million dollars in 2021. Please do not patronize this company.Update: You could have saved your form response UPS Store. Your response included - your price for this job was high because of "...the high-quality materials, expert labor..." I am attaching a picture of my print job: 1 piece of plain printer paper with black ink on a half of page, the expert labor was your employee clicking print on a computer.

They refused to take a Nespresso package even though it had a prepaid ups label on it. They suggested going to another UPS store.
