Wow! I started shopping at T9 way back when they first opened. Boy have things changed, for the worse. They have lost me as a customer when I returned some items at my own cost, by priority mail, and it took 3 weeks for them to finally process my return and then they shorted me my full credit due. I am still trying to get my full refund. (Only took about 6 weeks) I asked to be taken off their mailing list, plus the list they share & sell to others. They have lost my business because there are too many other retailers out there that do a better job at customer service and carry nearly identical merchandise.

Richmond handles the returns for Title Nine. I love Title Nine clothes. However, they just lost me as a customer until they change their return policy. I usually don't have any sizing issues, but I ordered a pair Kuhl shorts the same size as the other pair I have. The new pair is a little too small for some reason. I learned that you have a choice of a prepaid label for $7.50, or you can ship yourself. I went to the post office and paid $5.50 to ship first class. Never again. What a hassle. Instead I ordered a nice pair of cargo shorts from Amazon. Free, easy returns. Sorry, Title Nine, but you've got to up the game for DTC clothes. They aren't going to fit sometimes and it is unreasonable to expect customers to pay so much (over 10% of the initial cost of the item) and spend the time to return it.

Attended the annual blow out sale and it was great. It's chaotic and crowded but the deals are amazing. The clothes are really comfortable and attractive.

They give you a discount code that doesn't work, only to get you to their mailing list. My friend signed me up for 20% discount as a new client by giving them my email address. When I tried to place an order using the discount code I received by email, it did not work. I had to contact their customer service about it. They apparently have been aware of it because they told me that code doesn't work online at checkout but they wanted me to call back after placing the order and they will adjust the price....
