Terrible experience at the service department. They charged me $230 to read the fault codes (you know, that thing that Auto Zone does for free) then didn't fix my problem.Had the strong impression that because my truck is older they didn't want to deal with it.They called at 1pm to say their shuttle was on the way to pick me up. It arrived at 4:45. By the time we got back to the shop everyone was gone except the cashier. Wasted a day and $230 for nothingNEVER AGAIN

Out of all the dealerships I've been to the past 6 months, Thai Nguyen has delivered an exceptional customer experience in purchasing my new 2024 Prius. From the moment he picked up the phone he was completely honest, caring, and transparent with the entire process-- something that is unfortunately rare to find in dealerships now days. I had to fly in from Los Angeles because many dealerships around here have been dishonest, borderline unethical and greedy with some of their practices. Both Thai & Anthony (General manager) helped me secure a great deal, and I was on the plane the following day. Thai helped streamline the entire process, stayed up till 11 pm helping me look for flights and kept updating me on the vehicle. He genuinely looks out for his customers as if they were his family. If I had to purchase another vehicle again, I would not hesitate to fly back up there. I highly recommend contacting Thai for your next car.

I'm so impressed by the level of professionalism and support by the amazing staff! I'm so thankful for Kennedy who helped me out today! She was so patient and kind and helped me understand the services and part I needed for my car. It's difficult to navigate car services and understand what is being asked as needed when that maintenance light blinks on. Me and my sister both hope she's always around when we need services.

Juan Espinosa was great. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. There was no markup, no haggling, no sneaky add-ons. I would definitely recommend this place.

Came in looking for a used car and felt really pressured to settle on a deal that I continued to refused. The dealers had an attitude throughout my interaction and it looked like it hurt when they smiled at me. Buyer beware, WALK AWAY!

I'm in the market for a Rav4 Prime so I started making calls. The first place I reached out wasHilltop Toyota When I spoke to the sales person, he tells me that there's a big dollar mark up on the Rav4 Prime. I asked why when there are an abundance of vehicles in the bay area. He said I don't make the prices, I just sell the cars. People, with high interest rates and ANY dealership that has a market adjustment is not worth earning your business. Toyota is NOT one of the three big USA automakers that is striking yet they want to jump on the band wagon and start upping the prices for these vehicles. Believe it or not, Livermore Toyota and Autonation Hayward, are the ONLY two in the entire bay area not charging a mark-up on their vehicles. Buyer beware

I made appointment for service for 2:15pm. I came and they said we overbooked. We not taking no more cars. I didn't get no call or cancellation notice. I wast my time and my gas. I would not recommend this location.

Came to get my 15K Mile service- tire rotation, clean cabin air filter, multipoint inspection, check fluid levels. Appointment at 11AM, waiting until 11:45 to talk to service advisor Jose Cadena. He tells me that it will be about 3-4 hr wait! He said someone will be able to give me a ride... waiting... waiting.. I get a Lyft notification at 12:56! I come home, and at 1:45 I get a call from Jose letting me know my car is ready. Got my car, came home, check my washer fluid and it is empty! Did they even service my vehicle? I will be calling service manager Scott Lentz.

Got a 90k service and was made to look like the total of the parts were in the range of 1200 for a 1600 visit. The total breakdown was obscured until we finally picked the car up. When we received the itemized receipt, it was actually the opposite with the labor charge being 1200 for a three hour visit. Do anything but take your vehicle into this dealership unless you like being scammed

...... About 5 years ago this company sold us a 2013 Toyota Prius red color. It's been giving problems years later, with the blown head gasket. We also looked inside next to the engine base and found out under the bumper that it had bent rods which was a sign that this vehicle has been in a accident. They sold us a car that had a accident in the previous year. On top of that, my father had dementia and bipolar disorder.. he was going around spending money and not listening to anybody. This company took the matter in there hands to take advantage of my father. They knew he was sick, but did not question about why they should sell him the car. That is against the law, my father didn't even have his driver license and they sold the car. Beware all of you that want to buy a car, watch out for these snakes car-sales people that are desperately trying to sell a vehicle to you. Remember if they are to nice... watch out for there cleverness, they don't care about you. Go straight to the boss. I'll rather go down the other direction towards Vacaville to buy a car. That's the best option.

My family was looking for a 2023 Toyota Sienna as our old minivan was dying. We checked with all of the Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area but most of them didn't have anything in stock or were charging way over MSRP. Juan from Hanlees helped us to find one coming in a few days and at a reasonable price. He was super responsive by text throughout the day and night. He offered information about different options. We loved how Juan wasn't very pushy and worked with us to find the right fit for us. We got our car in only a few short days!We will look for Juan again when we are shopping for another Toyota!

I was looking for a new sienna, and searched around dealerships across bay area, Hillstop is among a few ones with low markup, and also able to give me a vehicle in couple weeks. The sales process is smooth, When i came to preorder, the process with finance was a bit confusing, I was asked to sign a contract to purchase and accept the vehicle even though it is still under shipment. I rejected that and only paid the deposit. I just hope there was a more clear form to outline exact terms of preorder instead of a verbal communication and signature on a simple form with Spec/VIN. We signed the contract on final delivery date after examining the vehicle. The process is smooth. The sales person Juan is very helpful, He helped out actively with question. Even after purchase, he also helped to answer quite some questions which I came up while going thru the manual and vehicle.For people from south bay or peninsula, this dealership is worthwhile to try out if you are willing to drive 30 miles, it provide better deals than the dealership than south bay and peninsula.

I was in need of a car due to someone hitting and totaling my car. Thai provided outstanding service! He went above and beyond. I've bought a couple of cars in the past and have never received the type of service that Thai provided me. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car!
