The anti Black Lives Matter flags are just the start of what's wrong with this place. I waited for over an hour after calling and making an appointment. Staff were either running around or sitting on their phones laughing with each other. Once I was finally acknowledged, they completely ignored all of the things I wanted in my vehicle and just went for the highest in my price range. They were not only unhelpful, but rude.

I dont recommend this place. I was a customer and now I have a big problem with the car and debt on $14,000. All of a sudden nobody wants to help. Eduardo, as well as sales team were great people before they sold me their car, and then I was totally ignored when i had a car collision and needed some help to guide me what to do, moreover I was threatened via communication on WhatsApp number by the owner himself.

I just bought my dream car and I couldn't be happier. Henrique Carlos is your guy if you need any assistance. As me being a girl and living abroad is hard to find a place that you can trust specially coming from car relate situations. In the same day I left American Import driving my car. Highly recommended!
