Had three packages scan in here, two moved on, the one that was insured for a high value disappeared after arrival scan. Zero follow up or info from UPS. Really dissapointed in how this is handled. No way to speak to a human or have any information provided, despite them acknowledging they had it, they some how it just evaporated into the air?

I wanted to pick up my parcel someplace convenient since I missed them when they attempted delivery. The only option was a location about 20 minutes from my house.....but there are so many other "stores" so much closer. I figured, 20 minutes isn't too bad, it's near the freeway. After paying the six bucks for the hold service, I discovered the "office hours" for the location: 2pm-6pm M-W, 3:30-6 Th-F. What kind of business only has "office hours" 17 hours per week?? They aren't even open on the weekend. Today another parcel arrived at my door from UPS and the driver told me that the other item-the one that I put on hold at the center-was still there, but that I could try to change the delivery so that he could bring it by tomorrow, earlier, so that I could recieve it from him. After struggling through the kaufkaesque phone tree I was finally connected to someone who told me he couldn't change the delivery instructions, and that the customer service center in Richmond-ON ATLAS-was open from 8-5 M-F. I told him that he was wrong as the UPS website (and Google) list the hours as detailed above (2-6, 3:30-6). I decided to check the Google ratings first because gas isn't cheap. The reviews (thank you fellow commiserators!) backed up my suspicions. So I'm going to have to wait until I have a day off to visit their customer "service" center where they will hopefully have my parcel. This is why I avoid UPS like the plague. I have a feeling some virtual agent will read this and ask that I use one of their social media outlets to get satisfaction, as has occured with other reviews. I've already spent enough time hammering on my laptop venting here. I don't even *do* social media so why would I want to visit that swamp(facebook, insta, whatever)? In the hope that UPS will respond to me and make me happy? I'm not holding my breath. If they can't respond in this forum they're further out of touch than they think. FedEx and USPS are really so much better. If someone's sending you something always insist on FedEx or USPS or ANYTHING other than UPS. I keep forgetting....Anyway.....there's my $0.02.Update: as expected, they're not even reading our issues. I just got a "response from the owner" prompting me to contact them through social media. Yeah, no. I'm so done with this company. The one star I'm forced to leave by the platform is even too much.....

UPS was supposed to be an alternative to the US Postal service but they are worst!

Terrible! I needed to get the hours of a facility and they would not get me to an agent and their machine refused or couldn't answer my simple request. Try USPS or Fed Ex. Both have some issues but both are better than UPS.

absolute horrible customer service, no accountability for stoLen packages. Drivers leave packages on your door without a signature required. An absolute poor example of a business.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and everything was locked and barricaded. There wasn’t a proper phone number to call, besides the generic ups customer service number. There is a big sign with the hours on the wall 2:00pm to 6:00pm, I was there at 5:30 and nothing…Someone else showed up also trying to pick up a package and was equally confused. She ended up driving around the corner and spoke to a security guard who said they often just leave early. This really is unacceptable. I drove 40 minutes to get here in heavy traffic. When I come again tomorrow, there is no way for me to confirm that they will be open. Poor.

ima small business owner and UPS doesn't care for the little guys. The worst when it comes to delivery and keeping there word. Delivery never came due to driver didn't want to leave his truck and find my house, lied and reported he didn't have access then lied again and said I wasn't home. I called off two days to receive the package. Customer Service doesnt have a clue to helping with a quick solutio. No App help, No tracking the driver to see if their nearby. I see why Amazon prime and Fed Ex beating y'all. You guys are piss poor at best.

There was just one person working there, so the wait was pretty long. She seemed pretty competent though. Parking was not an issue.

First the UPS driver never went to the door for a package that required a signature. They said they attempted delivery, but clearly they did not. When I spoke to someone at Maury street they assured me it would go back out for delivery the following day. Tracking showed it out for delivery until after business hours. Then it changed to updating status. I Couldn't get anyone to answer at Maury street, but the main customer service number told me that the package never went out. Can this company do any worse? Never again.

This has to be the mecca for incompetence. I've had almost 10 packages of a larger order shipped from California to Pennsylvania. All but one had issues in this San Pablo hole in the ground. We're not talking small merchandise either, there is over $12,000 of items across those packages. One of which is over a week late and has been in San Pablo for almost two weeks. I've sat on the phone with UPS for hours this week trying to sort out where all this stuff is. I can't even get a refund on the hundreds of dollars of shipping expenses I paid because UPS fine print has written them out of responsibility in one obscure way in every instance. From now on when shipping for business, if it has to go or come from California, we will back out of a deal and utilize another merchant and/or tell the customer we cannot ship to them. All over this center which seems to historically be the most poorly functioning logistics center to ever exist. To be honest, UPS anywhere else has not usually given us a problem but this past month dealing with San Pablo we're considering closing our UPS business account entirely and utilizing FedEx and USPS going forward.

1. Delivery guy forgets to check if someone’s actually in the house twice and fail to delivery the package (very urgent package that I need)2. Fine maybe I didn’t hear the delivery guy, I call UPS and I just want to pick up the package before it closes at 6pm, they never update me or call me when I can pick it up or not.3. Past 6pm, they tell me the facility closed for the day. Fine I ask to have it delivered the next day, they say ok.4. The next day no delivery, I call UPS and they say the local facility didn’t get the message til later.5. I drive to the local facility to pick it up, a Hispanic girl with glasses tells me it’s not here. The driver must have it she says, ( yet he fails to deliver it that day) Since I had dinner appointment, I ask the girl to please have it delivered the next day.6. It’s Weds, been dealing since Saturday, I call in the morning to remind them to deliver it again today. Dispatcher says someone from the local facility will call me to confirm. Lunch time comes, Nobody calls.7. Lunch time I call again and the dispatcher says delivery cannot be made until next day. I am livid at this point.8. I drive straight to the local facility skipping my work, the Hispanic girl with glasses says it’s not here. I tell her I just confirmed with a dispatcher that it’s here.9. I call the dispatcher again trying to figure out where it is, as I look as around the office in the facility, I locate my package. The girl with glasses just stares at me and says,”sorry why wasn’t this in the computer?”This is some next level incompetence, I will not be using UPS for the rest of my life.

Today I had UPS deliver a package. I was scheduled to deliver another one and I get the message that the address doesn't exist which is absurd since they just delivered something to the same address! this when the package was in their warehouse for three days besides! Who does one turn to to complain? UPS deserves no stars, not even one!

Haven’t received my package for 2 weeks now, I thought it was because of the “strike in solidarity” but seems like this is the typical UPS lol.
