I hate to leave a bad review for my local post office but it has to be done. This post office is always a hit or miss and never reliable. I come here 5 days a week and it's only open 60 to 70% of the time I'm here. I'm not surprised when I see a sign up showing that the office is temporarily closed. I mean hire some more people or something! You got a business to run. I end up going to another nearby reliable post office but I feel like I shouldn't have to. Get it together.

This location does not open on time ever. If you just want to drop something off, come 30 minutes after their official open time. It looks like the staff arrives at 9am, plays music and prepare for about 30 mins to open the gate. So just keep that in mind.

Worst Post office I've ever been, clerks and all personnel at this location are rude and are talking to each other instead of helping the customers, very slow and very long lines....this is an awful place to be at and very unconfortable this is a shame to the USPS...

The parking lot is horrible and the line was out the door and wasn't moving so I just went somewhere else.

If you want ruin your day go here. There possibly the rudest person I have met behind the counter. Her name is MCKELVY. She was insulting and may possibly require medication. I came here once and will never go here again. As I left numerous people whispered to me that they too have had horrible experiences here specifically with her.

The worse service ever. Attendants talking to each other pretending we are not there. Very slow and Attendants clerks. Always in lane for at least 20 minutes even when not many people inside. They make you feel very uncomfortable in there, like they are doing us a favor or something. SHAME SHAME SHAME!!!

Lady at the front (Mckkelvy) was extremely rude . And when I was waiting in line she was on her phone and had me wait until she was done. However when the lady Phuong helped me she was extremely helpful and helped me fix the issues I had with my packaging. To me the other lady was just really lazy.

Boy, I wish Cathy was still here. Without her this place is a failure. Long wait.. Long, long, wait. Long, long, long, long--long long wait. The clerks having conversations and such as if our time doesn't matter. I guess they figure they're getting paid the same either way so no hurry. They need better training or guidance or perhaps both.. Joe Biden or Kamala plz get on this.. Thank u.

Six of one and half a dozen of another. So, this place was good because it was open and I could send a package. My problem is that as a person in a pandemic, we were packed like sardines in this postage stamped size office. It smelled of stale breath. I wish that they would have had a line outside the door because I would have patiently waited. My issue is that there were people on both sides of me in one or two lines, it wasn't clear. There were marked spaces, however, there were people lined up next to me filling out paperwork and so on. They should have had some kind of method to let people in. The only reason I stayed was because I waited until the last minute to send my letter and the El Cerrito PO on Kearny was closed. I hope to never be in a situation like this again! So, I could send my package that's the six and the situation inside was the 1/2 dozen of another. I don't want to go back here unless I have to.

Walked in to get 4 change of address forms and there was a heavy set african american lady very rude said she can only give me 3 and I have to let someone else come get the 4th form if I needed it that bad what a shame no type of professionalism not asking for much but just change of address forms.Ive always got 4 forms everytime I moved with no problem.

Very rude heavy set african american lady working there this morning I wanted 4 change of address forms and she said she only gives out 3 and to let someone else come get the 4th change of form for me because she only gives out 3 max...Since when ive got 4 all the time when we (family) moves.
