The main post office been going here since 1970 building still the same back in the day use to be a one way street love coming here customer service is good faces change over the years but the service great 👍

RIDICULOUS!!!! Service is awful. Nobody in there is professional, drinking coffee as they’re on their phones is ridiculous! I can’t believe i’ve made three appointments here and not once could they help or be useful. I get certain procedures and rules but what IS THE POINT OF PEOPLE BEING AT THE POST OFFICE IF THEY ARE NOT HELPING THE CUSTOMERS! One caucasian lady took so far to yell out “10:15 needs to reschedule” as her and other employees laugh. This is so unprofessional and unacceptable behavior coming from people that are supposed to be on the clock. Nobody was even in the RICHMOND NEVIN AVE POST OFFICE as I was there with one other customer who said these employees have treated her the exact same way. COME ON RICHMOND POST OFFICE ! We deserve better than this! Some people are taking time out of their day to day things such as work ! PLEASE GET THESE EMPLOYEES IN CHECK !

This is trash place, I don't understand how i make my appointment for passport a month ago and that day of my appointment i get there they just said i don't know where is the person in charge of the passport process, I take my kids out school, lost a day of work and no service because they don't know where is the employee. And i call the manager and not even he cares!!!

It says that they're open from 9 to 5 every weekday, but i keep finding them being closed 4 p m. Especially on this Fridays.

I wish I could give 0 stars because that what these ladies deserve. HORRIBLE customer service, the moment I opened my mouth and said I had an appointment. They started giving me an attitude and by looking all the other reviews, this seems like it’s an ongoing issue! USPS NEEDS TO reconsider hiring ladies like these ones to run their business. They need more training on how to treat their customers with more respect! And right after I left they continue to bicker but I had my infant daughter with me and I didn’t want all that bad negative energy around her. No need for all the rude manners and opening their eyes wide open. My husband came far away and we still had time for the appointment, but it must be so fun for them to be rude to every customer that comes through the door. NEWS FLASH this is your job, you’re not doing me a favor. If you don’t like it, QUIT. And give space for friendly people. Horrible I will not be coming back.

Rude staff. They blame the residents for why the mail isn't delivered or backed up, then have the audacity to fight back with the people. Good help is hard to come by I suppose, idk why they waste our tax dollars keeping this POS open

Don't waste your time and good mood! The staff is unbelievably rude lady. I don't know where to start. I went there around 11 am with my wife and kid to renew a passport and I approached a window to ask about passport renewal processing that was the right place and the clerk effectively face yelling me being as a rude and disrespectfully answered me about go online and do it yourself. African American woman intentionally arguing with me without reason. Too much attitude level and Not polite as well. After a few min when I was keep questioning about scheduling for appointment but , she gave up to me to serving and provide further assistance. Even though no good customer service. Well, I would suggest her to get some customer relations training in future otherwise no one trust towards USPS reputation in future. Very pieced off. I never go there again. Coz it’s weird

The attention of a slightly thin brunette who combs her hair very close to the back. This person who is African-American gives very bad service, he doesn't even look at your face when he talks to you, and it feels like he is taking care of you all the time very bad way, I'm not a recliner at all, I'm Latino, but every time I've been to this town and this person serves me, it makes me feel bad, because of the bad service he offers, I have to say it because maybe the bosses They do something, so that they tell you that you should improve your customer service or that they ask you that if you no longer want to work there that you should dedicate yourself to something else because customer service is not your thing.

While I was there, 5 people were working the counter, but only 1 was actually working. Then the other workers started teasing him for doing his job and comparing their bad reviews on Yelp, seemingly proud that their service is so poor.
