Your best bet is to make an appointment.We didn't and waited an hour for a faulty equipment exchange. Once we were seen, the exchange went quickly without issues. Too few employees seems to be the problem. I don't know if they don't have them or just failed to call them in (no consideration for it being the first of the month).Next time, absolutely get an appointment.

Made an appointment for 01.22.24 to pick up replacement X1 box, arrived, was checked in by Sherman. Assisted by Patty. Out in 20 minutes. Could not ask for more.

I'm not completely sure why the reviews are so bad for this location. They made me very apprehensive about my visit. But my concern was unwarranted. I've never been to an Xfinity store before today. I scheduled an appointment to return unneeded equipment and to have my account adjusted to reflect the equipment return. I was in and out of this location in 10 minutes flat. I walked in and was immediately greeted by someone who said someone would be right with me. And within 2 minutes someone asked me my name and entered me into some system. Less than 5 minutes later I was being helped by a representative at one of the kiosks. I told her what I was there for and she immediately went to work. She talked me through each step and then gave me a receipt confirming that she processed my equipment return and adjusted my account accordingly. Professional. Kind. Efficient. What more can you ask for? Well done folks.

Don't go there unless you want to be attacked by their assistants. Extremely aggressive assistant called ‘Brian’ didn’t stop yelling on me and almost attack me since I start talking and explaining my case.

The hours of the store keep changing. There were long lines waiting at 10.00 am but the store opened at 11.00 pm. Questioning the amount on my bill, the employee just stated that everything is going up on price and therefore why not the amount of money that we pay for our cable and internet services. This was an unacceptable response.

I walked in to this Comcast and it looked busy. I need to return and replace a modem. I thought I would have to wait but within the minute of being there I got help from Kristen. She took my devices and replaced them. Took about 5 minutes and I was done. She was very efficient, quick and friendly and while she was working on getting my things, she still greeted someone that walked in. Thank you Kristen.

We have had Comcast/xfinity for about 28 years with good and bad results. There had been issues with our phones for a while now and we had no choice but to make the dreaded visit to the Xfinity store. It was late afternoon and very busy, but every representative was attentive, cheerful and respectful. The good vibes rubbed off on the customers, who seemed all ok with the wait. After about 20 minutes it was our turn and we totally lucked out getting an outstanding customer service person -Brenda Tsui- who gave the best customer service I have ever received from Xfinity! 10 stars! I know they remodeled the store, but there is a clear change with how the store operates now. Keep up the good work Xfinity!

When I went in no one was there to sign me in I just stood there until someone was free and asked me how they could help me. What happened to the person at the front that signs you in. I loved that system being it back. Or was this location just not doing the job right.

The ladies that assisted me on 9.6.23 at 215pm (ish) were extremely kind, honest and in knowledgeable. They deserve 5 stars!Big fat zero stars for:Techs, live chat reps and customer service reps (6 employees in total) don't know what they're talking about regarding wifi pod extenders. Nobody in person, on chat or on the phone CANNOT order the pods for you. YOU have to do it yourself online like you work for them. Wasted hours frustrated trying to get this one issue resolved. I'm over it!

For what it’s worth, my experience at this Xfinity store was nothing by flawless. I walked in expecting the worst, bc people are rude and entitled and expect magical results and leave nasty reviews often when that doesn’t happen, and I’ve been there before, but Kristen helped me, she was professional and very attentive, and got me taken care without any fuss. Thank you so much!

Most slow customer service i ever been.Had to wait almost an hour just for pick up the item.3 person for more than 10 people in the store i dont recommend this store if you need to open account or any other type of service.But the xfinity internet and all is great just the employee who spend time inside the backroom for more than half hour just to steal time and help people is bad
