Got a bulk water delivery from them and the delivery man Phillip was very friendly. This was my first time dealing with the tanks and we didn’t have quite the right hookup for the hose but he was able to rig it up with a few pieces we had laying around. Price was fair. Will be getting water again in the future. Next time I’ll have a tip available for the driver ?

I went in to rent a RV space today. When I walked in and asked the Manager in the RV parts store that the manager works in, she first told me that the spaces I was interested in are only for mobile homes and they would not be willing to rent one of those spaces to me. Then I informed her that I had driven around the park just a minute before, and I chose that area of the park because I noticed that they had some RVs just moved in-that were not there last week. She quickly told me that THOSE spaces have a waiting list for each spot and that there was 100 people on each waiting list. Then I asked her if she would rent a regular small RV space to me. She then explained to me, "Well, we aren't allowed to rent a RV space to anyone who has a ten year old trailer. Because it's against the law. SHE said they had to be 9 years old maximum. Ten year old (and older) RVs were (according to HER) against the law. Well, the county and federal government disagree. I asked her about my friend's situation because my friend had just moved a 20 year old RV in there THEY sold it to her. I told the manager "how that could be." She then tells me its a brand new law that went into effect last week. And that it's ok to do that because the old worn out trailer they sold her was already parked on the property and that the law didn't apply to them. I left and went to a different RV park, because I knew that for some reason every single thing that she told me was a lie-she just didn't want to rent to me. Or she hates her job and doesn't want to do her job. I double-checked with the county-and there is not any sort of law, as she described. I will change my ratings when they fire her and get an honest manager.
