Use this pharmacy only as a last resort. In my experience, it’s a hassle going to this place for anything, always a line in person and over the phone.

Got my covid booster shot here and only had to wait a few minutes after filling out paperwork. Staff is incredibly friendly and gentle when giving shots. They do their best to help you find what you need in the medicine aisle and answer questions as needed.

Love Albertsons and pharmacy. They're helpful, respectful, and kind. Certain times of day they're so overwhelmed with customers, trival questions can seem sharp or rude. They're just busy, trying to be efficient!

Don't pay attention to the sign posted that reads: the pharmacy will take 30 min lunch between 12pm and 1pm. They will take as long as they like with no regard for customers who are patiently waiting.

I love my Albertsons store, they are wonderful people, but the pharmacy was very disappointing. The Lady Pharmacist was very rude and condescending. She treated me as though I was a drug seeker and instead of taking the time to offer help with my situation, she basically told me I should go to another state and find another dr to help me. Beyond rude

I wrote a positive review a few years back. It was such a great pharmacy! Now in 2021, obviously it has changed ownership or who controls the entire thing. Good luck getting your prescriptions, even antibiotics … good luck getting them to answer your calls (I just spent 38 minutes on hold NO ANSWER). They will tell you they will fax your doctor on a renewal… be sure to check on that because they rarely follow through. Why even offer? Savon’s… what has gone wrong? New patients, consider Walmart before you choose savon’s. What was great…. It definitely was one more business that “personal touch” means nothing.

Food is always great but on two occasions I have placed order and when I arrive to pick up they have no idea what im talking about. Blame it on a printer , then quickly get it put together last minute.

This is the best store in town you can get everything you need there, they have a Starbucks, best cakes, flowers, ect. And the customer service is outstanding.

Really wish the tall blonde lady was there still. She was always happy to help. She would even go out of her way to make sure I got exactly what I needed. Not sure why she was replaced, but the newer ladies are rude and won't listen to my needs

My husband ordered some fried chicken from the deli. It was so salty that I could not eat the crispy skin (my favorite part) and had to drink water to rinse out the salty taste.

I had a horrible experience in this location on March 16, 2020. The cashier Jessica was extremely rude and lacked customer service skills. In my opinion, Jessica is a risk to Albertsons and should not be employed within the Albertsons organization or any organization directly servicing customers. Albertsons, please do better job in your hiring/selection process. Hiring people that want to work and represent the organization well is a great way to start. Also, this location should have signs posted for quantity limitations on products especially during a national COVID-19 emergency...customers should not find out the limit on particular items as they are in the middle of checking out. Customers shop on the aisles not at the checkout register. Quantity limitation signs should be posted on/near the product.
