“A young man Amari immediately offered his help...showed me all my options....we found the portable air conditioner I was looking for but it was a floor model which was missing all the x-tra parts-example: the air duct to vent out the window!...he contacted whomever was in charge and they only offered me 10% off!!! Amari was apologetic and I went with another unit that was smaller, BUT, complete.....soooo, the 4 stars are for Amari's excellent customer service!! The negative star is for the 10% off a used floor model missing important pieces!”

The lady gave me two referrals for local places that did. I can't tell you how great that is considering there are not a lot of options in Ridgecrest. Thank you for going the extra mile.”
