Auto Detailing in Ridgecrest, CA

“They have great customer service. My car is beautiful. They even offered to shampoo my carpet for free to bring it by anytime and they will take care of it. They offer a good price. I would recommend them to anybody especially my friends and family. I give them a strong strong 10 thank you for your service Shelley Morrison”

“I came to Next Level for help installing an after market radio head unit in my car, after reaching the limits of my skill. He quoted me the price before working, but he reduced the price when I came to pay since the work took him less time than he expected. I came back a second time for installation of USB fittings on the console to the new radio, which he made look like stock installations. He did a great job and was exceptionally honest. I highly recommend Next Level Car Audio!”

“I lived in Ridgecrest for 4 years and had no idea this repair shop was there. They would have been my go-to for anything car related, had I known. Here's why:

Before transferring to Tucson for work, I purchased a used Lexus GX 470, and became concerned regarding its ability to get me from Ridgecrest to Tucson safely after a few lights came on in the dash. Took it to Toyota and they tried charging me over $5000 for repairs. A co-worker encouraged me to get a second opinion, made a phone call, and my GX ended up at Teresa's, and in the good hands of Ray...

$5000 worth of repairs turned into $1300 worth of repairs. Everything was done in a timely manner since I was skipping town in the next 24 hours, and I made it to Tucson safely with a truck packed full of my stuff and my 2 cats. I am very satisfied with the attention to detail, pricing, and time of service completion. It's been a few weeks but I wanted to make sure I showed some appreciation on the review end. These folks do quality work.”
