“i have always had good experiences renting car from AVIS in Ridgecrest, CA. I rented a car to go to LAX for a month's vacation. When i returned i found an email from AVIS that i had done almost $400 in damage to the car. I was unable to login to the AViS website provided in the email. I took a copy of the email to Jim at the Ridgecrest AVIS office and he volunteered to help. He had documentation that the damage had occurred before I rented the car and got me a quick refund for the cost of the damage. Service over and above.Thanks”

“I had a rough accident nearby in Death Valley and need a car for 1 week. I ended up extended several times as the repairs took a while, they upgraded me to a truck at a great which was very nice. I was kind of all over the place dealing with my car repair, insurance, etc and all the ladies there were very patient and super helpful during a stressful time for me! Car pick up and drop off was very easy.”
