The coaches are very patient with the young kids, the free play day is great to, currently Fridays, call them as they change hours all the time for it.

My niece's go here for their ninja training, and it seemed to help them be all nimbly bimbly,and what not.I myself cannot attend, major knee issues prevent me from doing UrbanNinja things.
