I had a pleasant stay experience recently in Clarion Inn, the staff are really very helpful in taking care of my old nanny in providing the additional things she required. Particularly, the manager Nick is very helpful and is so polite and punctual in time in resolving the issues of clients I have noticed. He is good lad. Can't wait for the next stay here.

This hotel, when it was The Cottage Inn, was the place to stay.
Now that it has been bought out the rooms are so run down they are appalling and unsanitary. The manager is smug about complaints. He obviously is well aware and couldnt care less. I plan to report this hotel to their licensing board.. that's how bad it has become .

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Nothing was there when I checked in there were no towels in the room and the body wash bottle was also empty. I had to wait for a good 30mins after check in late night. In the morning when we woke up got to know there was no tissues in the room as well just empty box. They should not label their hotels as 3 Star. It’s a zero star hotel.

Excellent service and rooms and facilities! Incredible deal and friendly staff. I rarely review hotels, but felt obliged to do so!

I was hoping to check in a little early, and was taken care of without question. Prompt, friendly service at the front desk. The room I got with a King bed is great for working with a nice desk & quiet surroundings

It's not the cleanest place, but you get what you paid for I guess.
A lot of minor/cosmetic issues. A lot of random dirty spots? Example would be the hair drier with hair stuck to it, not sure how or why that's there.
They also don't seem to have an issue with people placing advertisements (trash) on your windshields when parked on their lot.
For you nerds/people who rely on good internet for traveling. Internet speed is only 10mbps. Nothing more, so don't expect much if you're doing more than sending emails.
The place offers better quality amenities compared to other cheap places. Their breakfast is definitely better than most cheap options. They also do have a pool which is (currently) clean and a gym. Just be weary of the yogurt. I love that they have a good selection, but I've gotten two and both were bad, so choose wisely, I guess.

Cold showers really. Service was pleasant but got no warning about the cold showers. Was not impressed. And they changed the breakfast to the boring self serve precooked crap. This place use to have some of the best breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Death Valley National Park. The Manager Nikhil was very nice and helpful. When we checked in, it was 3am (yep, night) and Nikhil made it very easy to complete the process. Our room was very clean and we didn't have any issues in the room. Wifi was great. He also gave us the information that we asked him regarding Death Valley National Park. When we came back from Death Valley, it was almost 1130pm on Saturday (night before the Easter Sunday) and while driving back, I called Nikhil to find out if any restaurant is open for Vegetarian food. He mentioned about Denny's and Del Taco which are very near to the hotel. Next morning when we checked out, he even helped us with the Gorilla Glue tape to patch up our car Rear window which we had to damage because we forgot and left the car key inside the car in death valley and doors got locked when we went outside.
This hotel provides breakfast as well with verities of items (waffles, baked potatoes, sausage, scrambled eggs, sugar coated cheerios, bread, Juice, muffin, small milk bottles, yogurt etc...) and the staff was very courteous to every one who were there for the breakfast. The only constructive feedback I have is regarding breakfast... Keep some sugarless items (like; no sugar cheerios) and some whole wheat items.
Overall it was a very good stay in this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anybody that wants to stay and visit near by places.

I got eaten up by bed bugs in room 136 on 04/01-02/2025. Didn’t even offer to pay for the room. Steer clear of the Bed Bug Inn.

I recently stayed at the Clarion Inn in Ridgecrest, CA. The rooms were dirty and outdated, with several broken items, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable—feeling old and misshapen, almost like it was folded into a taco. However, on a positive note, the front desk was great during check-in, which helped set a more welcoming tone at the start of my stay. Overall, while the initial reception was excellent, the state of the room and amenities left much to be desired.
