“Very friendly and went above and beyond!!! I was moving my PC to a much larger case and my progress came to a halt when I realized I did not have the original retainer bracket for an AMD processor to utilize a new 420mm AIO liquid cooler I had just received, they let me take a spare motherboard that had one on it free of charge! This was on a Sunday evening when they were closed. They saved me a long drive and/or wait for a part to arrive in the mail and I was able to finish moving and setting up everything in my new case that day.”
