Old man was pretty cool but the younger Middle aged gentleman was very rude and weird in his demeaner, did not feel welcomed there and seemed to know it all and argue w me. I don’t feel it necessary to go into it too much but treat others the way you want to be treated especially those that give you business!

The older man (father) asked me if I was Central American after I bought the boots and said it was because a person of that ethnicity tried to haggle him before.I think it’s strange how the cashier racially profiled me even after I paid for the items I came for.Later in the day I called to let them know how awful I felt their customer service was and the younger man (son) tried to normalize the mild racism by saying his father is in his 70’s.I really don’t recommend coming to this place if you even resemble any Hispanic descent.

Best selection, great pricing, if they don’t have it. I’ll get it for you. I said my entire workforce there for their boots. Go local business. Keep up the good work. They have the selection no one else in town has.

I needed a good pair of walking shoes. My husband suggested I try Corny's Shoes and I'm really glad I did. They were very helpful and gave me good options. I love my new walking shoes. Highly recommend this place!

Awesome family owned store. The reviews regarding their customer service is accurate - they’re very good and determined at helping you get into the right pair of boots, shoes, etc. Prices are also very good, better than online shops from what I’ve seen.

Waited way too long to buy my shoes here, I think Because it’s $$$. (My Mistake)! When I finally purchased a pair of shoes here the service and quality made it worth every penny. Very knowledgeable and friendly service, takes customer service back to the golden days.

For one of my daughters working at Corny's was her first job. She worked there for a couple of years. It was a very positive experience. That helped cement a relationship that has continued for over 20 years now. Our family loves high quality shoes and Corny's carries many of them. I'm a huge Birkenstocks fan. If they don't carry the style I want or I am after a seasonal style they just order it for me. Same with other brands. They are very accommodating. It is nice to find an establishment that exemplifies sincere customer service. I love that it is family owned and generational.
