“This place is so valuable since they often have hardware that Home Depot doesn't have. I hope they stay in business for a long time. When I need obscure fasteners or hardware, I often go here first. This recent visit I found faucet valve seal and a stem packing that I probably wouldn't find at Home Depot.”
“A young man Amari immediately offered his help...showed me all my options....we found the portable air conditioner I was looking for but it was a floor model which was missing all the x-tra parts-example: the air duct to vent out the window!...he contacted whomever was in charge and they only offered me 10% off!!! Amari was apologetic and I went with another unit that was smaller, BUT, complete.....soooo, the 4 stars are for Amari's excellent customer service!! The negative star is for the 10% off a used floor model missing important pieces!”

“I used the dog bath facilities recently and found it very convenient, and definitely worth $9.99. It’s two bathing stations in one room, without separation, so if your dog isn’t cool around others, this could be a problem. We got lucky and had the room to ourselves. The price includes everything you would need, so you don’t have to bring anything. I’d suggest a collar as opposed to a harness because of the little hook up to keep your dog in the bath.”
