“The phlebotomist is very professional and kind to patients, and she is always busy and very hard at work when I’ve been to Quest for lab work. I have recently found the need to start seeing a variety of specialists along with a need to avoid places where I’m likely to come into contact with people exposed to COVID-19 and also have had transportation difficulties for related reasons. I have called 3 times in the past week trying to find out if orders for lab work were received there so I can make arrangements and appts to get this testing done before my next spot.
