I wish i could rate this a 0 the pizza was horrible!!! The inside was dirty! To top it off they got my order wrong twice! Don't recommend at all!

I normally deliver for Papa John's with doordash but I decided to get a pizza with my day off and I did and I've had it before this one particular one in Ridgecrest and it's always been great well this particular night I did get two pizzas and I don't know what was wrong I don't know what happened but I really wasn't good at all it was lacking in the cheese area hardly .

If you're visiting somebody on base and decide to order pizza from Papa Johns, be prepared to double the amount of time they say your order will be delivered because they only have 1 delivery driver that can deliver on base. Also do not have expectations that your pizza will arrive hot. The pizza tasted as if it was prepared within the right amount of time but then it sits under a heat lamp until it is finally ready for delivery over an hour later.Also be prepared to pay premium price just for a pepperoni pizza because there's really no other choice for delivery after 7pm.

Rotten service, and the people there are not trained. Management and ownership are equally terrible. Go someplace else for pizza.

I order a large pizza with extra pepperoni. I get home and the pizza is half cheese and pepperoni. There were 8 pieces of pepperoni. How does one make that mistake? Incompetence is the answer.

I recently ordered a pizza from Papa John's in Ridgecrest, CA and I was very impressed. I ordered the Stuffed Crust Pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and the sauce was flavorful. The pepperoni was cooked evenly and there was a generous amount of cheese.I liked how there were always offers in the app. I was able to get a free garlic dip with my order, which was a nice touch. The pizza was ready when I got there and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a great experience at Papa John's and I would definitely recommend it to others.Here are some specific details about my experience:The stuffed crust pizza was cooked perfectly. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. The sauce was flavorful and the pepperoni was cooked evenly.The pizza was ready when I got there. I didn't have to wait long at all.The staff was friendly and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions I had.Overall, I had a great experience at Papa John's in Ridgecrest, CA. I would definitely recommend it to others.Parking: They have 2 quick pick-up parking spots.

Hi so first I just wanted to say I’m a first responder and I was working yesterday , myself and the crew went into Papa John’s to order pizza towards the end of the night after running calls and helping people all day. We have never been so mistreated in our lives. This worker that had the short hair she was so snotty and rude and obviously did not want to be. I can not stand entitled brats, I feel you’re being paid to do a job and represent a company you do it in a professional manner. You don’t have to like the people who come in, but you still show them respect. This was on. 7-8-23 just in case you wanted to look in on this person it was 10 o’clock this girl needs to find a different job or learn how to communicate with customers, she was completely rude and made our pizzas so horribly we did not even end up eating them. I’m also a business owner in the small town of Ridgecrest I have multiple businesses here and would be so upset if I learned that one of my employees treated a customer Like this. So just so you know I will never step foot in that place again and I will let everyone I know what happened not just in town but on social media, and pray that they don’t go there either. Train your employees better or get better management.Kid-friendliness: Your employee was a rude disrespectful and entitled B!!!!!! And she needs to go.

I don’t know what it is about this specific location but every time I’ve gone here in the past 6 months the pizza is raw. I even ask for Well Done every time and still it ends up raw.

spent $45 for two large pizzas which were terrible. They were not cooked all the way through, doughy and a gut bomb. I had used a code (which was sent to my house thru the mail without me asking for it) and it did nothing to the price but I couldn't see that until it charged my card! I'll never buy another pizza from Papa Johns. a frozen pizza is higher quality and a hell of a lot cheaper.buyer Beware.
